I 100/10 recommend them for your denture needs! They proficient. Work with you on any issues you may have. Very nice southern hospitality. They girls here are just all so sweet and caring. They knew this process was rough for me and have been with me every step of the way. I will always recommend this place to anyone who ask!!!

I'm really impressed at the fit so far of my denture. I have to admit that I was at first skeptical that my basic ones were going fit and look as well as they do...especially at five times less than would they would have cost thru my regular Dentist. The entire staff were friendly and welcoming and Jessica and Dr. J seem to have gotten the fit right the first time around. They also worked to meet my needs as well as my budget.

I made appointment to get my teeth extracted instead they gave me an estimate $4700 to extracted my teeth and implant. I said I can’t afford it then they said they can do bone graft right after taking the tooth out and I can come back to do implant later. I said I can’t afford that either. I just want to pull my tooth only. They said the doctor don’t have time to do it. Does it make sense everyone? During my time with the doctor she had to stop to help emergency I understand to wait for her but come to my turn only if I spend $4700 then they’ll have time for me. They told me to come back the next day I said I had been there 2 hour for nothing? I was patient for the doctor but she doesn’t have time for me? Finally the doctor decided to pull my tooth out within 30 I’m out of there. That’s what I experienced So consider Before you visit them. I feel like making money from us is more their priority instead of caring about the patient.

I am very impressed with how helpful and courteous the staff is. All of my visits that Dr. M and her staff treated me with up most respect and had taken care of me. During my visit Sadie made me feel comfortable and explained everything thoroughly during my visit. She is so very sweet and professional.

Absolutely do NOT recommend. Went here for the new denture package. I purchased the middle package so not the cheapest but not the most expensive. After receiving the temporary denture I went back in to have them adjusted, they ruined them by cutting too much off. Went to another place to get a second opinion on why they wouldnt stay in. I was informed it’s because they cut way too much off and I should go back to Commerce and have them remake the temporary ones. They refused. Then they told me I would have to repay for the full amount again! I’m a year and a half in and still they won’t honor my full permanent set or refund me my money. I’ve put off writing this review hoping I could get them to transfer what I paid to another location (I’ve moved out of state now) and nothing. I’m in shock they can charge someone this much and not have anything in return and nothing is done. Meanwhile I cannot afford to buy a new set somewhere else so I have no dentures to wear. Until you know what it’s like you cannot imagine the embarrassment to not have teeth and what makes it worse is I paid my hard earned money for ones they will not give me. Despicable and they should be ashamed!
