I am very happy with my whole experience at Affordable Dentures. I couldn't be happier. I went with a full mouth dentures with seven implants. They have taken care of every problem! I am now able to eat crunchy food, steaks and salads and all.my favorite foods. The cost was worth every penny. The whole staff is wonderful, especially Dr Kumar! She goes out of her way to accommodate me. I give five stars!

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL DOCTOR! Appt. for a consultation. Dr Mintz is a very unprofessional practitioner. Didn't even take the time to meet me or discuss my options with me. Did all the discussion through her assistant. ~ While SHE sat in her office. Staff was very pleasant. THANKS ( DOCTOR MINTZ ) FOR WASTING MY TIME!!! Also, I will be letting people know about your professionalism, not.

I went in so that I can get a partial because I lost mine and I chose this place because the website said that they offered same-day Economy partials so I set up the appointment and I was paying out-of-pocket. I scheduled the appointment online and I immediately got a call the next morning that the scheduling system was messed up and that appointment wasn’t available, but I was able to come in earlier for the day that I wanted. I asked how long does it take to get back partial since I just wanted the basic one she said sometimes just a couple of days since I needed this for for a special event . She said yes it can be but. sometimes it can be 1-3 days so I decided to keep the appointment. The day that I went in, I got through the whole process and then I thought that I should double check how long it would take and low and behold it was over almost 10 days because they were so backed up even though it just was a small partial and they have a lab in-house. I decided to go ahead and do it, but I was so disappointed and I was going to consider them for additional work since this was temporary and it looks like they just bait and switch people to come in knowing that you’re under stress and really let you down with false wait times. I will have to miss my event because of this which is really distressing and sad. Hopefully, I get my partial on the day they did promos said, but I’m fully expecting it to be delayed. I will absolutely find somewhere else to do the rest of my dental work because they really only care about their expensive patients and ones like me who need fast and quick service get these poor end of the stick and that’s how I felt. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you have other options, the integrity is very low.

Started off as a rocky process.. sometimes the front desk can be hit or miss depending who you are dealing with. Have had all my appointments rescheduled and it can be frustrating. However, Amber and Poa (sorry if I misspelled any names) have taken wonderful care of me. They both went above and beyond to listen to my concerns and address them appropriately. I had issues with my temporary teeth and Amber made sure to advocate for me so I could get a replacement made. I am hopeful for the rest of my journey going forward and thankful for these wonderful ladies.

Wonderful service! Very well explained with every step and felt comfortable and trusting. Staff were very thoughtful and made many suggestions to help us and gave us time to think things through. Happy we came in!
