Terrible experience!!!!! Be aware! I don’t like to write this review But I MUST! So other people will know where they go We had free consultation and we have NOT seen or spoken to a doctor. My wife and I planning to spend over $45 000 thousands dollars and doctor did not even introduced him/herself. Low information employee tried to do something But Her level of knowledge was next to none. We got up and left. I wish I could give them minus 1

Horrible warranty service. They told me I have a three year warranty on all appliances and even the signs on the wall and all the literature stated it. Then when I came a year later during my 3 year warranty they say the partial isn’t covered. Only the full dentures. False advertising. The photo is what was on the wall when I got the work done originally. They changed all signs and literature since I was there last and now say I don’t have a 3 year warranty on my partial.

Service is good dr is great staff efficient but no restrooms and waiting long periods of time is ridiculous and shouldn’t be taken place with the amount of money that families have to pay to get the work done The men and the women’s restrooms were out of order and assign saying we’re sorry for the inconvenience and then you’re sitting in the waiting room for 20 minutes to an hour then you go back in. You’re back in the back for 15 or 20 minutes. That’s a long time to go and wait and not have access to a restroom.

If you want a hassle free service? Don’t come here! I’ve had 2 appointments here to get work done! 2 times I’ve left with no results! This last time I went thru the trouble of financing getting everything ready to get there the morning of for them not to have their stuff together! Everybody who was there told me to find another dentist because they are always running behind,people not getting the procedure done they were scheduled! So no stay away from this place altogether.

My tooth extraction was great, no pain, in and out. " All" the staff I saw was Friendly and welcoming. I pray I never need dentures but if I do this is definitely the place. Or like me a simple extraction. Its was responsible in price to me.
