I had a wonderful experience at this office from start to finish. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming the moment I walked in.Before the procedure, both the doctor and the office manager took the time to go over my entire treatment plan. They explained the surgery steps clearly, which really put my mind at ease.The actual tooth extraction was fantastic. The surgery involved minimal pain, and there was no added pressure during the extraction itself. I felt completely comfortable and cared for throughout the entire process. If you need dental work done, I highly recommend this team!

My experience at affordable dentures was the best! Starting with the receptionist she is very nice and always has a great attitude. Ms. Rickey is very helpful and answered all my questions and concerns. She goes above and beyond to help. The day of my extractions went very smoothly. I am so happy I chose affordable dentures!

I have very mixed feelings about my experience so far here. Read full post . My initial experience was very pleasant and I felt I was treated well. Very nice and accommodating. The place itself is not anything expected and very low end and not the cleanest. I have family members that have used them is why I decided to go and use them too. After my consultation and getting my finances approved and paid for the procedure I came in for the surgery. I left awake but don’t recall anything. That afternoon I was in pain and in and out of sleep. My denture implant did not fit correctly and made my process much longer and more painful. I went in for my check up the following day and everyone was nice and told me to wait to come back in 4 days later to get my implant resized to fit after some swelling had time to go down. I told the dentist my teeth were too large and kinda bucked out and he said not to worry they were going to do whatever it takes to get them right even if it meant remaking them completely and that it would be at no additional cost. So I go back in for my fitting of my teeth and the staff was completely different in their attitude towards me, the nice bedside manner was gone. The dentist was not there and the technicians were not wanting to do what I was promised. They were extremely rough in my open wounds on my gums and made them so inflamed and bloody that it was like I took 3 days backwards in my healing journey.Then to top it off the teeth look absolutely ridiculous, they are way too big for my mouth , I can’t hardly close my lips, they buck out on the sides and are not something that I can wear. After trying to convince me that the teeth were right and I should keep them and realizing that I was not going for it then came the threats that if they redo them know that when they redo them in 6 months that I will have to pay for them again . This is the first time this has been mentioned. Then while there they are getting multiple people calling all complaints of their dentures breaking along with several others that were in the building with same complaints. This prompted me to ask more questions about the materials used since I purchased the top of the line materials. Option. I know other places said that the top of the line was zirconia so I assumed that I was getting something similar but was informed no that it’s basically the same material as the basic level just a little higher grade. Then while there they needed to make more impressions of my mouth for my new teeth , the technician was rough , she constantly w hipped the the thick substance all on my face and neck and I found it ridiculous to do that considering the first time there w as none on my face and neck. It’s not something that has to be done and is just rude and disrespectful. It’s hard to get off too. Then they molds were so full that it was gagging me and they were roughly shoving them up against my sutures causing inflammation and bleeding . I left there extremely upset and in more pain then I had been in over the past two days prior. . I have to been able to return to work, I still can’t not wear any teeth so my entire life is being out on pause, None of this was explained to me by anyone there. I was not aware that this would be a 6-12 month process that would be painful most the time. I don’t even know that once I do get my teeth tomorrow how I can wear them since they have made such a mess of my gums and the way they make them it stabs you where you need to be healing, so not only is it extremely uncomfortable and painful but it’s pro longing the process, I will not wear something that is so uncomfortable that I’m in constant pain. I am seriously concerned that I had all my teeth removed in the upper part of my mouth and for no reason because I will not get the teeth I wanted. I was originally supposed to get this all done in Mexico kinda regretting that I didn’t .

I highly recommend this location. They were all extremely nice and very patient. I am very pleased with the outcome of my teeth. They feel amazing and look great. This Cypress location is the best and is definitely where I would go in the future

⭐⭐⭐ I have really mixed feelings about my experience here, which is why I'm giving 3 stars. The nurses and assistants have been absolutely fantastic. They are kind, caring, attentive, and honestly make a huge difference in my experience at this office. By my second visit, they already knew who I was when I walked through the door. At this point I barely even “check in”—they smile, say hi, give me a thumbs up, and I sit down. When I've been hurting, they've listened to me, apologized that I was in pain, and genuinely seemed to care. Unfortunately, my experience with the doctor has been very different. My interactions with him have consistently felt extremely rushed. My initial consultation with him was very brief, and at my post-op appointment I spent maybe 30 seconds with him. Almost all of my communication and care outside of the actual procedure has been through the assistants. I don't expect a doctor to spend an excessive amount of time with every patient, but I do think more time needs to be spent actually listening to patients and addressing their concerns. My biggest issue was my surgical experience. I was given oral sedation, but I was aware during the procedure and experienced significant pain despite receiving multiple local anesthetic injections. I was crying during portions of the procedure and communicating that I was hurting. I understand that dental surgery—especially implant placement, bone grafting, and alveoloplasty—is not going to be comfortable, and I expected significant soreness afterward. What I did not expect was to experience that level of pain during the procedure itself. It was extremely distressing and has been difficult for me to process afterward. I messaged the office after I got home that day because of how much pain I was in and what I had experienced during the procedure. The staff read my message and told me they would relay it to the doctor. When I returned for my recheck, the assistant who had been involved in my care actually came over and talked to me about what happened. She listened and acknowledged my experience, which I really appreciated. However, despite being told that my message would be given to the doctor, he did not acknowledge it or discuss what happened with me at all. That was probably one of the most disappointing parts of the experience. I wasn't expecting some huge apology or explanation—I just wanted the opportunity to feel heard by the person who actually performed my surgery. I don't want this review to discredit the entire office because there are genuinely wonderful people working here, and the assistants deserve recognition for how compassionate they've been. I just wish the same level of time, communication, and attentiveness I receive from them carried over into my interactions with the doctor—especially when it comes to something as important as pain control.
