First visit, extremely friendly and helpful. I'm totally blind and they were very accommodating. Upfront about pricing and were willing to work within my budget to help me find a happy medium. They don't do same day dentures anymore though, so expect multiple visits. Personally, I'm happy to wait as long as the fit is right. We'll see soon!

Do NOT waste your money here, they will waste your time. They were good right up until it was time for my final dentures. I had to have my finals remade because they were awful! The office “made a mold from scratch” not even using my temp dentures because of a problem with equipment in the office. That’s been a whole ordeal with them. Pictures of the scam they tried to pull with my finals saying they would put a soft liner in them to MAKE them fit when they were completely unwearable. My bottom partials didn’t even have the wire to hold them in on one side. My last 4 visits have taken more than 3 hours, an hour of it at least in the waiting room AFTER my appointment time. I went to get my new finals today. I scheduled my appointment a week from when they were supposed to be ready. After another hour wait after my appointment, and another 20mins in a room, they don’t have my finals! They didn’t even have the organization to know they didn’t have what they needed for my appointment before I got there! A courtesy call at the very least would’ve been appreciated before 45mins travel for them to waste an hour and a half plus 45mins travel home. I am fed up with their office! If I could get a refund and go some where else at this point I would. I would happily pay more for better treatment and organization! Do NOT use this office!

Unfortunately very long wait times for all of my appointments. Waited almost 3 hours today still no denture. I finally got up again and asked for a refund. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful and refunded my money. I should get paid for all my time i wasted there.The rest of the staff were not concerned at all. Each time I went, there were other patients there that had been waiting a long time. No explanation as to why there were such long wait times. If you go to affordable dentures in dalton, please pack a lunch or dinner depending on the time of your appointment. I would not recommend Affordable Dentures in Dalton. I will never go back there.

Dr. Woods and her staff worked very hard and long to make sure my teeth fit good and looked good. They were friendly and patient. I want to thank them for all their support and great job

I had a fitting for dentures and everyone was so helpful and kind. I am waiting on my surgery now, spoke to the dentist and she was so sweet and compassionate! And the secretary was incredibly helpful and kind
