Very friendly staff, especially Kim, she did a great job adjusting my new bottom dentures, the teeth are beautiful I have had many compliments on them. The top ones were perfect fit, very comfortable. Have only been back twice for the bottom ones, which are the hardest to get just right, I believe Kim got them just right, no pain, feeling really good tonight. Thank you Kim and everyone for helping me be comfortable smiling and eating!!!

I had a great experience with them. They are nice, welcoming and they listen Just got my partials within 2 weeks from the day I did my molding. Super fast. Highly recommend

The lady at the front desk was very busy, stressed and not very nice. Down right rude to the man in front of me. I thought, " I hope this isn't a mistake coming here." But the lady that took me back, the assistant and the dentist were all very nice. Everthing went great. Very happy with my visit.

Very friendly and welcoming place,the staff and doctors have such wonderful hospitality and patient/customer service care.everyone was so helpful their work was amazing!I got my molds done no problem and got my partial within a week! They were able to work with me to get them to me sooner so I can be somewhere the estimate was 2 weeks but they were able to do it in 1 ☺️ this place is great highly recommended

Never ever will go to this location. I went to have a tooth extracted. here’s the situation. The tooth had a deep filling that has came out three times so I want to have the tooth extracted paid my money before they even seen me only for him to tell me that’s a good tooth. I’m not gonna pull it. Keep in mind a deep filling that has fallen out three times then he proceeded to tell me that a tooth with a chipped filling or missing filling can’t be pulled.Then his incompetent hygienist had the nerve to tell me I wasn’t qualified to read an x-ray after I asked to see the x-ray She don’t even know my background I’m a nurse. I think I know what a x-ray looks like especially if it belongs to me. So upon my departure, I asked for the corporate number the little minion in the too small pink scrubs Lol at the desk gave me the wrong number. I guess she thought I didn’t have enough brains to look it up. I reported her too. Upon my exit, I did let the people in the lobby know about my experience with them and warn them if they’re paying out-of-pocket, they better get seen first before they pay Have you ever heard such nonsense? I ended up calling corporate explained to them what had happened and received a refund from my visit I don’t know about the other Locations but corporate was very nice and helped me resolve my issue but Danville office I would never set foot in there again and I wouldn’t recommend anybody else go because if the Dentist don’t know the difference between a Healthy tooth and a unhealthy tooth he in the wrong business. I gave them a one, star but I wouldn’t even give them that, but I have to select something Oh one more thing they do not fill teeth either.Dont extract unhealthy teeth and don’t repair fillings what does the dentist do?
