They were not helpful at all My husbands new dentures do not fit properly they鈥檙e reason was his bones have shrunk not his gums his bones. We have gone back twice and they say there is nothing they can do to fix them First photo is last year second photo is with new dentures notice how sunkin in his face is

My tooth looks great, I only give 3 stars mainly because it took 9 months to complete with months between appointments (longer than communicated initially) and there were very long wait times for appointments, including one where I waited an hour and a half to be called back only to then be sent home as they didn鈥檛 have the part they needed, missing a day of work for nothing. However, the last couple appointments were much better and the Dr who put in the tooth at last appointment was wonderful. The tooth looks really nice and I am pleased with it.

Fantastic customer service & an overall pleasant visit! Everyone had a great personality & made me feel right at home!! Unfortunately , a month later and the partial came in and the first fit seemed to be alright , until I got home and realized I had some pain in the left side of the gum. Put em away and continued to wear my old denture planning to get the adjustment on the new one done soon. Tonight after taking a better look at my original amd compare to your denture - with your denture when I smile you can't even tell I have upper teeth and there is virtually no overbite ! When I compare the old denture with the new ... well there is no comparison - what I had fits properly and reflects an appropriate smile - the new is ( no exageration terrible) I'm hoping this can be resolved because if it can't, I might as well throw away your product - virtually useless to me as is . It's Friday night 4/10 and this coming Monday I will call to make an appointment. At this point I'm not confident in your commitent to customer satisfaction - I don't enjoy being a disgruntled customer but in this case I really don't have any choice

Service was fine until the end when Dr Sullivan was to come in and check my gums and whatever else. I waited a very long time sitting on top of that chair. It had to be at least 20-30 minutes that I waited for him. Plus....personally....I was very cold and very freezing while waiting. I felt it was extremely unbearably cold until I had to go outside to stand in the sun. My nose was cold and it started running real bad. I felt Nae should had come in and told me what was going on and why I am waiting so long and what the hold up is. She never did that. So I give that part of the service a 1 Star 馃専. But overall....I give everything 3 stars.
