Everyone was nice,caring and informative. I was super nervous about the process and they helped walk me through the process. Being courteous and respectful of my fears and helping through it all. The nurse and dentist was very helpful though everything talking me through the whole process. Before I knew it everything was done and over with. Out of everything I've been told. They are the best

Very confusing on prices . Went for implants just on bottom with new whole set of dentures tops and bottoms , so I thought after paying over $5000 , but the day of service, I was told I was only getting new bottoms , paper work said bottom implants with denture package , but after arriving and before starting anything , only bottoms was included and Tops costed me another $1766 . I specifically told them the day of consultation, I only wanted implants on bottoms but I wanted my top and bottom dentures to match , so I needed a WHOLE set . Somewhere in that i don't know where the miscommunication came in at . I paid the other $1766 on top of the $5400 already paid . The procedure went great , the dentist and his crew was great at the procedure, the temporary dentures are not good quality at all . Some of the teeth are misaligned and crooked a little . Hopefully the almost $3200 dentures are of better quality and more time is taken in the making , cause if not , I will not accept them if they are like the quality of the economy ones they made . I had to put my existing dentures back in cause of teeth was crooked , and few of teeth are to long . The doctor was very great and let me know what he was doing the whole step of process while putting in the implants.

I made an appointment for a second opinion to determine if I need crowns for a few teeth vs dentures. Dr. Conroy was thorough and very helpful. The staff was friendly. My husband has dentures from here and has had only great things to say about them.

Staff was very professional and answered all my questions. They made me an upper plate. Did a fitting and a couple adjustments and I was done all in one day. I never had dentures before so I'm adjusting. They told me if anything bothers me to come in for adjustment. I was very satisfied.

Overall besides the extraction removing the problematic tooth it was the worst experience Ive had. Called to schedule an appointment which wasnt even the office I was visiting. It was either a 3rd party scheduling service or someone within their employment at HQ. I was told $109 for the cost but ended up spending $210 out of pocket. After the initial shots to numb the area, and verifying i was numb. I was told you'll feel a little pressure, but instead felt more pain as if the wrong tooth was grabbed. After me vocally saying "ow, that hurts" I was then given more shots and the extraction performed. Ive had multiple teeth extracted and never have I had my head jerked around so much for a singular extraction. Also after the numbing wore off i noticed the tooth in front of the extracted one now leans inward and is loose. As mentioned above you call and dont even get through to the office to even ask anything. I was told they accept my insurance yet I had to do all the paper work submitting myself. They assured me I would be given everything needed to do so. Only after getting home and attempting to file my claim was it brought to my attention I needed multiple other things that wasnt given as they said. I wont ever go back to this place, For the price point ill just take my chances with getting into Dr.Paul in Taylorville and spend the extra money on gas. HANDS DOWN THE WORST DENTAL OFFICE EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD.
