If I could rate higher than a 5 I would. The TOTAL staff, I mean TOTAL staff was awesome. I am speaking, friendly, professional, patient, etc. The task that needed to be done was difficult, but, they worked patiently as a team to make sure I left their office satisfied. Because Iâm a very observant person, I noticed how they greeted all their patients with a smile and âGood morningâ, and demonstrated the same friendly, professional manner to them. I am definitely going back and would recommend their service.

Iâm so happy!!!! Finally, I was able to get my partial denture completed. The staff welcome and greet you with a smile. Thank you Diamond for everything. Youâre the best. Ms. Wander, youâre a lifesaver. You took the time to listen and understand my concerns and make me feel comfortable knowing that you know exactly what I wanted to get done before I walked out the door. Thank you, thank you. Went in to have yellow retention bands changed. Left with misaligned dentures, white bands, and unable to eat anything but soft foods because of the misalignment. The doctor treated me like I was unworthy of his time.,being relatively new to denture wear, got my original work done at this location and was treated with respect and dignity. This day, I was treated as a waste of their time and the doctor was â busyâ so never verified the sitting, which after 2 tries was not right that the dentures were seated properly on the abutments, it is not, and until I find a denture maker that will work on another denture makers dentures.,Lastly, I decided to post this not to slam them, as we all have our business model, but make sure everyone who is considering dentures considers that AFFORDABLE DENTURES model is to get you into dentures â affordablyâ, but your left with no oral health support and when you have issues YOU ARE A PROBLEM. Choose wisely

They got my partials within a week or two and I got my partials in my mouth and I love them. They work really well. Had adjust them one time and that's it. The staff is wonderful and the doctor is too
