Affordable Dentures & Implants - East Orlando

Had teeth pulled on top and a temporary denture was put in. Six months for healing and them the permanent are put in. All very good procedures. Denture needed adjustment after a week and I was immediatly told to come in; I did and the adjustment was made. Jennifer, office manager has walked me through every step. The dentist, a female, was absolutely terrific and her assistants were also. Next reviews I'll know their names. I shopped for about three months for a dentist to do this. I chose Affordable Dentures and Implants and I made the right choice. Also, much cheaper than Aspen Dental for the same dentures. Nothing negative here. All good so far.

I found Affordable Dentures & Implants just that very Affordable! I shopped 3 different places and they had the best price of all. The staff is very nice and professional. We did have some communication problems but after we worked them out it was all smooth sailing. I will strongly recommend them.

On my first visit the staff was professional and through. Come to find out the dentist that did my exam was a fill in. His job was to be a temporary for the dentist out for what ever reason.Company wide. Tay and Rafael the assistant and or technicians were awesome.Made the decision on what Denture and partial that I wanted and paid for everything I made an appointment for the next week. Met the dentist she wanted to sale me on a more expensive combo. Felt like I was buying a used car. Came back for my 3rd visit called the fitting. The molds were made of wax they looked good so I was to come back at 3 pm that day. I was called at 1:30 and told the tech wasn't in and my dentures would not be ready. Jennifer asked me to come back the next day. I called to make sure that my dentures would be ready. She assured me that theywould she also said that I could come a half-hour early. My dentures were not ready. I waited over an hour. I am not impressed at all with Affordable Denture. It's a franchise set up and the felling that I get is they are measured by the bottom line. It's the same set up as Aspen Dental.I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy.

This was one of the most frustrating and disappointing experiences I’ve had with a dental office. I scheduled what was clearly communicated as an emergency extraction appointment. Instead of addressing the urgent issue I came in for, the staff completely shifted focus to unrelated matters—specifically prior dental work I had done overseas—and attempted to upsell treatments that had nothing to do with my immediate pain. At no point did it feel like my emergency was taken seriously. Rather than providing the extraction I was scheduled for, I was told to come back on another day. This defeats the entire purpose of booking an emergency appointment and shows a complete lack of respect for a patient’s time and condition. To make matters worse, the overall experience felt more like a sales pitch than a medical visit. There is a clear emphasis on pushing additional services rather than delivering the care patients actually come in for. I also question the authenticity of many of the positive reviews, as my experience was completely inconsistent with what is advertised. There are plenty of dental offices that may charge more, but at least they are honest, efficient, and prioritize patient care. This place does not. I would strongly recommend avoiding this office if you value your time, your money, and proper treatment.

This place is awesome! Everyone here is amazing & very kind. Professional but yet personal & very much so educated. I am thoroughly impressed!
