1st time here. Had 2 teeth pulled to get ready for implants. I'm surprised no one called to follow up the next day to see how I'm doing. No antibiotic or rinse prescribed which I found weird. Procedure was painless. Dr and nurse were great. Receptionist was excellent

This was an awesome experience! The dentist, finance office and the techs there were on it and really cared about me personally. They were very kind, professional, caring and made the experience as if it were just about me on my visits. They were very informative and answered every question even after I went home and had questions they got right on it and helped me right away! I don’t know how it could have been any better. I most definitely recommend them! Don’t hesitate, just go, everything was perfect and it will be for you too. I nave my beautiful smile back!

Wonderful! I was so nervous because of a past experience at a difference dentist, but Dr. Burger and Denise were great! And the job they did relieved me of some serious pain! 5 Stars!

Horrible experience, specifically with the Office Manager he was confused, or unable to comprehend. I was misquoted three times and asked to sign paperwork that had nothing to do with my procedure. They submitted a claim to my insurance and there was nothing owed to them. The insurance sent me a refund check saying I do not owe the doctor ANYTHING. I was given the wrong pricing and would have had to pay $600 additional dollars out of pocket. I went to another location and given better service only paid $450 vs a little over $1000. I don't clearly understand what the issue was with me but everything worked out for me in the end. HOPEFULLY things get better. I strongly suggest that you double check with your insurance prior to make sure the fees are accurate. I am not saying they misrepresented or lied but he didn't clearly understand may be new and need more training. Otherwise the receptionist, and dental assistants were GREAT.

It appears there are numerous misleading reviews present. We have observed a practice of increasing charges subsequent to service delivery. A price was initially quoted and agreed upon, only for an additional invoice to be issued several months later, which was not part of the original agreement.
