I was able to get in appointment within a week when I called so that’s good. There was a bit of a wait when I got there because there was a lot of patients so I feel like that means this is a good place. Once I got back there it went quickly and I was happy with the treatment plan. The dentist and the staff were friendly and everything was nice and clean. Now I’m just waiting on my prior authorization to go through so I can continue with my treatment plan. I’m very satisfied with the service I received and would recommend this place to my friends.

My tech was Miranda , she was very pleasant and informed. She answered all of my questions honestly and straight forward lying. Shen even added information that I forgot to ask about. She was kind, courtesy & professional! Dr. Fowler was informative, kind & professional. He too was very pleasant. The ladies up front were both very nice, however the lady that checked me out used a kinder toner.

I had an emergency where my dog was hungry and found my upper. They worked me in the same day to get started. My previous denture was done by affordable dentures and I have been so pleased with them. I highly recommend affordable dentures.

When I walked in the receptionist and a patient were in a loud and somewhat heated exchange. I decided to take a seat until they were done. The chairs in the waiting area were covered with fabric and absolutely filthy. They were stained and some had small tears. I waited until I was called and the receptionist was still a little fired up and I felt that was passed along to me. She did finally calm down and then referred to my as ‘honey’. The lady who took my X-rays was very nice and friendly. Then I see the dentist. He’s just the guy who does the preliminary work. He was so gross. He was unshaven…like I haven’t shaved in 5 days, not a well groomed beard. He had no personality. He didn’t go over options. Just this is what you need. I said I’d like to get a second opinion and he was very…well there’s the door. I do not recommend.

Not only were they able to book my appointment with in a week, they accepted my insurance, WHAA..IKR.
Dr. WATSON and I presume .. her assistant basically held my hand and walked me through a nightmare. Sure I waited a bit , BUT seriously in the same week and compassion, ITS WORTH THE WAIT. It's not THEIR fault dental insurance sux universally.
