Affordable Dentures & Implants - Ewing

I understand this is not a review of all the Affordable Dentures & Implants franchise. I believe they are individually owned. With that I went to the Ewing office. The first appointment for an adjustment was a total waste more like suck it up. Made a small adjustment no help at all. The gal actually dropped my dentures on the floor. This really happened! She had to be told how to do or fix the problems. So now is the second attempt, my goodness what a big difference this time a woman was there, she was filling in for the main person. Problem solved she really took the time to listen and totally understand and fix the problems. I would definitely go to her office I will need further work and will seek her out. It really makes a difference who’s in charge. I would give it a 5 star review if I saw this woman the first time.

The receptionist was awful to us. She pretended to be a manager and kept trying to give us medical and dental information. If I didnt agree she was horribly rude. She slammed the glass door in my face. I asked for the price brochure to confirm my order and compare. She started arguing and that I signed the form previously and refused to give me the pricing brochure. Someone else had to do it. Then she was so awful the dentist had to run our payment, make copies and basically do her job. She even threatened us at some point. I called the local police to see if they would accompany us to get a refund. The dentist sent us to a surgeon who called the office to speak, Professional to Professional about a care plam for my mom. The receptionist refused to help him. The surgeon said in his 20+ years of working in this field he's never encountered such a terrible dentist office. They were horrible to him and his staff as well. He was going to file a complaint on the dentist. I kept telling this office how awful their receptionist is and they ignored me. She must be family or have some kind of connection to the owner because she has the most horrible customer service skills ive never seen in my life. In order to get my refund i had to keep calling back to back because she kept hanging up in my face. The dentist had to answer the call. Just crazy that they would allow this woman to tarnish their business. My poor mom now has so teeth and no solution. They're absolutely horrible people

This is an amazing dental office thar I have discovered where I experienced most professional staff, superb dentist, unbelievably affordable price. They made my partial the same day and I walked out smiling and now plan to becoming a life time patient including persuading my family and friends to explore this hidden jewel. Thankvyou so much for providing me an amazing service. Gratefull forever!!!

Office needs to distribute details on and explain better to patients who are getting full dentures- how to care for mouth/gums during entire process- what products they suggest and what patients can expect they can eat so they can prepare. Lost weight- my A1C stayed elevated because I wasn’t getting the right nutrients. So much I didn’t expect to happen

I am very pleased with Affordable Dentures. They took the time to explain all that i needed to know about my new Dentures. They were very good with doing the impressions and fitting then giving me the new Dentures. I would highly recommend Affordable Dentures & Implants.
