I was originally scheduled at the Greenville NC location. After waiting 3 days and driving over an hour I get there for them to tell me that they don’t accept my insurance although I told them my info over the phone. They called the Rocky Mount location and explained the situation and they said if I left right now they would see me and they accepted my insurance. I asked numerous times to double check. So I drive another hour to Rocky mount and ask them as soon as I get in if they accept my insurance and I was told yes. I filled out paperwork and everything and waited 30 minutes to be seen.
They did X-rays and then the doctor comes in and tells me they don’t accept my insurance. They really dropped the ball. Total
Waste of time.

Everyone there was so nice & pleasant to deal with. I greatly appreciated the wonderful hospitality. Would definitely recommend this business for all your denture needs.

Staff brought me and made me feel comfortable right from the start. Dr. Parker did a fantastic job of explaining everything to me. Highly recommend them!!

I enjoyed visiting this location. I was different than the Charlotte location on Billy Graham. The office was clean. The wait was short. The staff was professional. I broke me partial and they worked on it 4 less then I planned to pay. I would return 4 all my dental needs.
