I never met such a great team. Friendly, meet your needs. It feels like you鈥檙e family. The best service, no waiting w multiple apts. Dr Long is amazing, assistant Ronnie is such a kind soul. Well, I was only there to see if they could reattach a tooth that came out of my denture. They made it sound like it would take a few hours to repair so I told them I'd come back in the morning. The technician was super cool and kind and I believe a fierce salesman. The charge for the repair was only $55 but she wasn't going let me get out of the door without a commitment to coming back first thing in the morning prepared to pay for the repair. She asked me to sign something before I left....in my rush I didn't bother reading it but im pretty sure I saw numbers at a glance. I hope I didn't commit to buying your top of the line dental implants or having to pay if I didn't show up at 8:30am the next day. My fault if I did but in my defense she seemed so genuine and enthusiastic I trusted her. I took a shot at repairing them myself. If they don't hold I'll be back. Oh, and I appreciated them not trying to sell something I didn't need. The experience though very brief made a big impression. Im not good with technology so your secretary had no problem helping me navigate your online check in and didn't make me feel a bit foolish, so sweet and helpful. Your technician gave me an immediate sense someone id like to know, just so upbeat, friendly....REAL....with a hint of being fully aware she "appears that way馃槈I give you 5 stars based on customer service alone.

The assistants was great! Very friendly staff there!! I was seen by Mrs. Jackson she was soo sweet non judgemental in the slightest was understood and was very caring eager to help me get a smile I love again, despite how embarrassed I was when I first got there. She certainly made me feel okay with my teeth definitely not being okay!! She sat down showed me all of my options from typical dentures to implants even implants that was way out of my price range dont quote directly but the ones I would love to get one day is 10,000 or 13,000 just for ONE top or bottom they are not movable they surgically place them and u go back to have wat I say a deep clean once a year u brush them like normal real teeth. For now I will get just typical dentures then work my way to implants that snap in and hopefully one day get the fixed implants!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! I walked in feeling like I was going to be judged by the shape of my teeth and condition they was in. Walked out pleased and satisfied to have found somewhere who will treat me like a human even tho my teeth health is horrible. Im still just a normal person just with very bad teeth!! And they didnt even make me feel like my teeth was even a problem!! Goodbye horrible teeth from 2025 hello fresh smile I can be proud to show in 2026!!!

Very professional dental office & such a clean environment, all the staff are welcoming with great energy I was given much comfort By Dr Jackson , Dr Long & Casey! My tooth was extracted I felt no pain at all , even days after still no pain Dr Jackson really took her time & the fact that they continuously checked in on me to make sure I was okay shows so much compassion and care! I usually would need laughing gas while extracting tooth due to anxiety but no laughing gas was needed with this dental office they鈥檒l take good care of you without it! Thank Y鈥檃ll So Much Cause that tooth had to GO LOL! 馃檹馃従 God Bless You All

If I could put 10 stars then I would! These are some of the most friendly, uplifting and empowering ladies that I have ever met in an office setting! Dr. Jackson is truly amazing and so are the rest of the team. It has taken me a long time to find a place where I don't feel judged for my teeth not being the best, but I am finally home. This review does not do it justice, this place is pure perfection. And they have the xrays that dont hurt to take them!! :D
