It was a great experience. The staff was very helpful, attentive! Dr. Medlock, was very serene, pulled 2 teeth, it was finished before I knew it. She was gentle, didn’t feel a thing when she was pulling 2 teeth. Usually u feel pressure as I have in the past. But nothing this time at all. Very surprising.

I had an appointment yesterday 5/4/26 to have 4 extractions. Dr Medlock was wonderful. She explained everything to me ahead of time and kept me aware of what she was doing during the procedure. I felt no pain at all and everything went well. She and her assistant were wonderful. The entire staff are so friendly and make you feel comfortable. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

I can't speak for every individuals experience but what I can say is Doctor Chanda Elzie made me feel like family her staff was so genuine so concerning , showed love a feeling of caring about your health, your privacy and how you felt the moment you walk through the door. I felt so good this morning as soon as I open the door the receptionist call me by name never met me before , they greeted me with love and made sure I was comfortable at the beginning and the end of my visit, hands down I appreciate it the love the gratitude the professionalism and bunderstanding. I was so Joy inside to know it wasn't about money my health was more important to you guys and I want to say thank you I don't mind driving 45 minutes to come somewhere where I don't have to feel embarrassed but I can feel like family thank you so much for the urgent appointment and the love that you show me as a new patient as well as I heard your old patience enjoying coming to you and your staff I knew it wasn't just me feeling that type of way the feeling was mutual with the other patients and their families I wish all doctors was like you and not look at us as a check. Even though we know it's a business and we have to pay for service that's a part of living in this world but make me feel good about paying and safe about using your service may God bless my new dentist and staff

Dr. Chandra was incredibly understanding of my situation. Her demeanor was amazing~very kind, patient, and clearly knows exactly what she’s doing. She made me feel comfortable the entire time. The whole office staff is also very friendly and welcoming. I’ll definitely be coming back here if I need any future dental care.

I needed a new denture in my opinion but they wanted to repair it. My denture is less than a year old and they have broken twice already. 3 days later they broke a third time. The staff are nice but at this point my dentures aren’t even a year old and have broken 3 times now. I would like a refund and I will go somewhere else.
