The staff was so friendly and accommodating with Robert. Thankful to find such caring dental personnel. They went above and beyond to help get him some teeth that actually fit and are natural looking. Great job

This was my first visit, and the entire staff was incredibly kind and reassuring. They made me feel completely at ease. I’m thankful to say I won’t be needing dentures or implants, but will be returning for other dental procedures. The dentist and staff truly care about their patients, and it shows. I highly recommend this group—they truly do bring back smiles.

The staff is wonderful. Kerastun, Loke, and Brenda are extremely professional and so courteous. This could be a sensitive issue to address but these folks make you feel like family. Adjustments are made if necessary and quality work. Thank you !

Everyone was professional and patient. That’s outstanding service these days. No long waits. Great pricing. The best of all though was the rate of cleanliness. Any med facility needs accountability. In my mouth the standard of care , should be high

I have never been so disappointed in a purchase. Perhaps I should have done a little more research into dentures and that's on me but I have never been happy with these. The first permanent set was very crooked (top portion) When I called to explain they seemed very put out by my concern. I made an appointment and while there they almost seemed angry that I wanted the tops replaced. This issue was not my fault. I just wanted them done right. They remade them and the fit was poor. I mentioned it and they told me I needed to get used to it. Fast forward and both the tops and bottoms are huge. I assume my jaw has shrunk but I was not aware that it would happen so quickly. I called and asked about soft liners and they said they don't normally do that with the "permanent" set but that they would...for $220 per plate. Just doesn't seem right. Most of the staff were friendly but the "Dr" was not very pleasant, as were some of the other personal and getting them to return a call was difficult. Overall not happy and would not recommend.
