Great service and a big shout out to Dr Loreal Williams and her assistant. Although a bit of a lengthy process, they took good care of me during the procedure and showed professionalism. They were also very kind. They accepted my insurance and the visit was very smooth. Highly recommended.

They do a great job. Over the top in my opinion. Fairly priced, pick your options (they explain it all), friendly atmosphere. And very professional. This experience was at the Huntersville NC location. I saw Dr Williams. You'll be well taken care of. Very pleased. Thanks to all !!!

When trying to reach the huntersville office it’s almost impossible, had the operator leave me in a call back que and never heard back. I had a good experience the first two visits but this last one wasn’t to pleasant and I left feeling like I would rather deal with the issue than ask for any help. My teeth are not a good fit and I think they should be redone considering they cannot grind anymore off of them without them being too fragile. It’s been almost a month since having my upper teeth pulled and it’s easier to eat without my teeth than with them. I was sent a text and asked how my replacement denture was working which is odd because I’ve not gotten a replacement. I don’t want to feel like a problem patient but I do want to feel at least like a patient. And not a number. It felt very rushed in and out this last visit. And the assistant was very rough with me. I left with gauze and bleeding from just going in for a soft liner to be put in but only one side is how I left. None of it remotely felt as though this was quality services like the first few times I went.

So far so good the lower dentures I think are bigger than they need to be because they are cutting into my lower gum and mouth. I can’t move my tongue or anything to be honest so I took them out the second day evening. I’m doing much better right now, but I have an appointment coming up on Wednesday. I had to redirect my appointments. Hopefully, we can straighten it out thank y’all so much. Aside from being hungry I’m doing well lol. For you patients, who have Devoted Insurance, forget about it they do not accept it and Devoted stinks as far as I’m concerned so far, I’ve had a great experience with the staff and the dentist. Thanks again.
