visits that my sister and I can’t count on one hand, I can say that I am not impressed with the technicians. Let me explain.
The first visit after my sisters surgery seemed rushed and not helpful. Her dentures were bulky and rubbing and too large for her mouth causing her to gag. They removed the important part of the dentures that allows it to suction, but still looked like she had those funny buck teeth that you got for fun as a child. We said okay, maybe we just need to wait and maybe her gums will shrink up some after all we had never had to deal with dentures and maybe the techs are right, we are just being impatient. False..
Fast forward to 4 or more visits, multiple grinding on her dentures causing them to be translucent and still not fitting in her mouth essentially making a 5,000 dollar cash investment a decoration on her counter. Not to mention multiple technicians, different one each time, telling her to basically just deal with it.
With the most recent visit after she mustered up the courage to try again, I tagged along. My sister was told that she would be having her dentures remade. Upon arrival the technician, whom we did not know told us that they weren’t being remade after the doctor had told my sister they were in fact being remade. You can imagine the sinking feeling and the loss of hope we had. I wanted to speak to the doctor which we did where he informed us that they were not properly made to fit her anatomy in the beginning. Apparently the file didn’t show she was getting a remake. Wow! The doctor- knowledgeable and very informative, but lacked relaying the plan and following up with patients until multiple failed visits. The technician this last visit- very poor attitude and seems very annoyed by our presence.
To bring it to yesterday’s visit. The dentures still do not fit and once again the technicians told her there was nothing they could do. After requesting the doctor, she was told he was busy. I am extremely disappointed with this establishment and their lack of care for their patients. I will not be recommending ANYONE to go here and experience the same hell.
To sum up our experience. This establishment lacks professionalism, organization, and follow through of patient satisfaction by the doctor.

It took a few visits to get the teeth to fit completely perfect (as perfect as you can lower dentures) i was always given a fast appointment to return for adjustments and the young lady that I seen most of the time was so caring and sweet. She is a asset to your company. I can not remember her name just long hair a young mother very small with a beautiful smile and great bedside manner. I hope you let her know how much she is truly needed in patient care areas. Thank you ( Margaret) Jeanne Graham

The process of getting new dentures and having them fit correctly can be a struggle. Though this process may take a little time, I believe that ADI has a great handle on it!
Holly in the office is fantastic to work with, Desirae at the check-in desk was amazing and my man Nelson is on the job when it comes to making adjustments. Nice job sir!!

Everyone is so kind and sweet. They do anything amazing job. I would recommend them to my family and friends. I've know Dentist Joe since 2000 when he was in Grove, Oklahoma. He is a amazing Dentist and sure puts you at ease. The other Dentist was really nice and good to me to.

Great service. Izzy worked very very hard to insure my mil didn’t gag when doing the impressions. For the final appointment the lab was running late and she came out to let us know so that we could decide to either wait or come back tomorrow. We chose to stay and we left with her new dentures. Eating supper that evening was a delight for her - first time in years.
