I have been a customer for many years but recently discovered that the quality of product and customer services has significantly declined to the point I refused the poor quality product and requested a refund. The office staff at the window were consistently professional and exhibited admirable customer service. The dental staff and office manager have a lot to learn about good customer service. No effort was made by either to accommodate my request in writing to meet or exceed my expectations that was in alignment with the same realistic and very doable request I made for several past visits and service. If you want below standard products or do not mind rude staff then by all means use their product and services. BTW, they did honor my request for a refund.

I never got my smile. My smile became the smile I look like each, and every patient that came into affordable dentures on Kingsland we all had the same smile I thought Affordable dentures would be an easy place for me to go because I lived in the neighborhood, but there was another place that I could've gone, which was affordable dentures not in Katy but go east on I 10 I was told I could go there and get my work taken care of the way everybody else had a different smile they have the smile, but my situation was. I never got my smile. I look like everyone else that came into the team one ventures affordable dentures. I tried to go back-and-forth and I went back I had two sets made they didn't fit nothing fit. Never had my x-ray done basically until June 2024 I was hoping that my review would've been perfect because I'm always in the public eye but somewhere and somehow they just didn't get it right for me so now I'm seeking another dentist to go to the have my work done the proper way I spent good money for my tea and never got a good results. Never had a chance to really talk privately even to the doctor that was there so I'm sorry, but this is my review and I hope all the dental companies learned from this because you guys really can't be sued so I'll move on and I'm sure that's a dentist out there. That's gonna read this and really contact me so that I can get my smile back. Thank you very much and y'all have a wonderful day

Very professional and caring. Did a great job. Everyone at the office were great people and very helpful. I definitely would recommend this dental office to anyone. I give them 5 out of 5. In my opinion.

Very comfortable experience. Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable. As far as dentists go, staff was always concerned about me and how I felt.
Facility neat, clean, well decorated to keep patient calm. I already recommended Affordable Dentures to friends.

Dr Richards is an excellent dentist who is thorough, gentle, and very professional. The staff is friendly, the clinic is clean, and appointments always run on time. I highly recommend this office for anyone looking for quality dental care
