I came in for a free consultation and had an amazing experience from start to finish. Everyone was so welcoming — from the front desk to the assistant and the doctor. The staff is clearly well-trained, very knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions. There were no hidden fees at all; everything was explained upfront and honestly. I really appreciated being able to sit in the chair and take my time deciding which options worked best for me without feeling rushed or pressured. I will definitely be sending all of my friends here!

Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!! This place has been such a blessing from the welcome call from Chung to the checking in point with Shae, to the consultation to the treatment this crew has helped me beyond anyone has ever!! They were beyond supportive dealing with my high anxiety & dental trauma. They were able to regain my confidence back that I lost along the way. Dr. Nguyen has a special touch and is a perfectionist at what she does along with her assistants Reina & Katia. I appreciate this team for being transparent about the process, being straight forward with me & reminding me there is always options. Thank you again you guys are such a blessing and PLEASE continue doing what you guys are doing for the community!!

WOW!!!!! Just wow!! From start to finish!! This place has restored my faith in dentistry!!!! EVERYONE was just amazing, kind, caring and friendly! For once, I felt like a patient not a number! I have found an excellent dentist for myself. It took me 20 years to have my faith restored in dentistry and Mrs. Nguyen did just that! She is strong and caring. I have not felt comfortable to let anyone in my mouth in years but after my initial consultation and meeting her it was a no brainer. From the moment I entered the office, I felt like I belonged. I was so scared from dealing with so many bad dentist who only cared about money. The entire team at this facility allowed me to take my time and calm my nerves. I explained my fears and they understood. The dentist husband is simply AMAZING!!! I could not have stayed without him showing me so much compassion! It really feels good to know that someone cares about you as a person and not make you feel that it’s just about the cost. They really do work with patients so gently. I had 6 teeth pulled in no time. The dentist and her assistant explained to me every step they took and what they were doing along the way. The teeth were out in no time. I am amazed at the care and attentiveness I received. They actually follow up with you afterwards just to check on you after the procedure. That is CUSTOMER SERVICE AT BEST! If I can help anyone get over their fears like I did today, I hope this review helps. I will most definitely return for the restoration of my smile. I really wish I could give this place 10 stars because they are worth it. From the receptionist to the dentist! THEY ARE AMAZING!!!

I went in for a consultation for a concerned tooth I have. The front desk staff are so sweet, informative and patient with my questions and concerns. Going into my evaluation, the young professionals was kind, considerate and took her time to answer all my concerns. I requested to talk to the doctor and loved her personality and patience. I requested a copy of my X-ray and was prompted to go to front desk and she will give it to me. Very professional office…I appreciate that!

I had an appointment and plan to get work done and I had to wait a few weeks, but over this past weekend I had such severe pain that I couldn’t stand one more day with the pain. I sent a message to Mr. Chung and although it was Sunday, his day off, he immediately got back to me and triaged me asking why was wrong and he set me up for an emergency next day visit. Dr. Nguyen explained the extraction steps and told me to make sure I tell her if I felt any pain during the procedure. I don’t like to be difficult as a patient, but I felt comfortable enough to tell her my pain during the process and she immediately gave me extra numbing shots and made sure she got to that nerve in the tooth cause I felt it and was numbed to the high heavens. In a few minutes and swiftly both my extractions were done and I couldn’t believe how fast and pain free the whole process was. She did reassure me prior to it that I would not be in pain and when I apologized for being there and having to be seen as an emergency she so kindly told me that it was absolutely fine and I had nothing to be sorry about and that’s why she was there to help me get out of pain. Dr. Nguyen has hands of an angel. You won’t feel any pain and I do have a low tolerance for pain and it was all okay. Don’t be afraid and hesitate to get the dental care you need. Don’t delay your needed work. Things can get worse for you by waiting so long. This dental clinic will give you a five star treatment. The doggies on the way out help you with recovery and love. Be sure to ask to pet them on the way out. They are little healing Angels! I left the clinic happy and calm. I will be back to get my work completed once I heal. They have all the options you need and even if you have to pay cash, with or with out insurance it’s the best value and least expensive price that I have found anywhere in all of Kissimmee. So make your appointment today. Don’t delay, you deserve a healthy and beautiful smile or upgrade to your smile. I will post updates when I am done. Happy Smiles!
