Very nice and friendly. They listen exactly to your concerns and really care about making you comfortable before and after your surgery. Plus friendly and helpful when you have questions about your dentures even if you don’t have an appointment. They really care about their patients plus your comfort when ya have immediate dentures.

I had an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience at this dental office. The front desk employee, Amber, was by far the rudest person I have ever encountered in a medical setting. I arrived 12 minutes late for my 8:30 AM appointment due to icy road conditions. I called multiple times in advance and left a voicemail informing the office that I was running late—safety should never be punished. Despite arriving at 8:42 AM, I was still waiting at 10:25 AM to be seen. During this time, Amber was unable to upload my insurance information to their portal because she did not know how to do it, causing further unnecessary delay. I was finally taken back at 10:40 AM. This situation is even more unacceptable given my long and ongoing history with this office. I have had three implants done here: One implant completely failed at the crown installation stage The other two implants required multiple crown re-installations (twice each) due to poor workmanship The implants were loose, painful, and unstable At today’s visit, I was informed that my 1-year-old implant must be extracted, requires new bone grafting, and must be completely redone due to their failure—yet I am being told I must pay over $2,700 again for the same procedure. This is unacceptable, unprofessional, and incredibly disappointing. I regret trusting this office with such extensive and expensive dental work. I will be filing to state dental board. This place is a joke.

I had an amazing experience with affordable dentures starting with my first consultation. Everyone I have worked with through the process was personable and caring. They were able to create a welcoming, fun, and professional experience from beginning to end.

Staff is amazing! Friendly and took the time to answer all my questions. Everything went as expected and as promised. I have visited two other offices of different providers and this office is by far the best overall!

Affordable Dentures in Lafayette has always treated my mother with respect. My mother is wheelchair bound. This has not stopped Affordable Dentures from giving her the care that she needs. Very pleasant experience while achieving the goal of a good fitting dentures.
