I came in a week before vacation, needing a temporary solution for a big problem! The staff was efficient and helpful. The Doctor was straightforward that I was basically asking for a miracle! 😂 I have high expectations! I appreciate that in a doctor though. Just be real with me, and I’ll be real with you! 🤷♀️🤞
I am totally blown away by the results! He exceeded my high expectations! I went in Monday, picked up Friday. No adjustment needed! The price was reasonable enough that I paid with my bfs card… 😂🤷♀️😁🤘 I would like to say thank you to the doctor! I didn’t get to speak to him picking up! No need! How awesome is that?! 👏🎬 I would highly recommend!

Office Staff should realize the area is small and patients can hear their conversations. How about waiting for the patient to walk out the exit before degrading a patients looks and attire.However, two days after my appointment; so far, so good. 👍 I was provided excellent, professional "chairside" manner. I would recommend everyone to use their services. 😁😄😃😀😆😁 Everyone of these stars was EARNED.

**** update**** since writing this review the office has literally called and claimed they canjit make me happy so they want to cancel any services with me*** After reading my goigle review. I work in the custo.er service industry and i cannot believe instead of talki g to me and finding out what i needed from them as i am paying for these they dismiss me and dont even try to help me. They call call and cancel my service. WOW. Unprofessional. Pkease dont go here. Tbere are other affrdable denture places i have seen do amazing work. This dentiat doesnt care about his patients as people they just want your money and get you out of there!!!!!!!!***** Agian i never spokw to anyone reguardinf what i was looking for. I will be calling the BBB as well as anyone else i can call who will listen to me. **** I felt as if the whole denture process has been very rushed. I wasn't asked any questions about what I was looking for. I literally sat in the chair and a dr came in and sis my impressions and left pretty quickly. Then a nurse im assuming returned and scheduled my best visit whic she called a "try in". Which was a week out. Then I return for my "try in" and as soon as they hit my mouth I knew they were wrong. They were huge. I was literally forcing my mouth to clise over them. I hated the color they looked extremely yellow I asked if that was the lightest I could get the nurse quickly said yes and dismissed me. It seemed like ahe was trying to rush me out of the chair for the next patient. She game me no time to look at them and figure out what I didnt like about them. She kept taking them from me and trying to rush out of the room. She kept saying we'll do another try in. But wouldn't let me explain what I needed changed. So I know when I go back tomorrow they are not going to be correct. I took a photo and everyone taht ive shown it has said oh no please dont go there. Find somewhere else. I really hope I can at least speak to a dentist tomorrow to explain what I need since im paying so much money for these. Im getting extremely aggravated at this entire process. I look online and see people with beautiful dentures and just dont understand how they can get them ao wrong.

The waiting room experience wasn’t the best. I had to wait an hour and a half before I was seen. (I had set the appointment 2 weeks before).
Front staff: 5 stars.
Medical team: 5 stars
Satisfaction of dentures: 4.5
Only real complaint is honoring the appointment time.

Im sure some people have had a great experience im just not one of them. The up front staff was great,nice,friendly and very helpful.
My issue started as soon as I was called back. First the girl had attitude becuse some of my piercings are permanent and acted like I was a bother. Second the Dentist person acted very high and mighty. I had childhood brain cancer so I had chemo and radiation plus im a mom so it took its toll on my teeth. I've always had issues. The dentist talk down to me and did let me talk or ask questions. I never went back.
