Hello We had an appointment today at 10 o'clock. The way they treat us at the front, she was really kind and nice. Once we got to the back., they had a bad attitude and they did not treat us good. They did. Not want to help us. She just told me if they will make a denture for me. It will not fit any better than the one I have. The lady at the front, she told us they will help Me. until I would be comfortable with it.

Unlike other dentistries here in Lubbock they were compassionate, realistic, and very professional. I never leave reviews ever lol. But that just goes to show how extremely happy I am of my decision to seek out their services. I would recommend them to anybody in need of dental work. So thank you!!!

Just a post to tell everyone in Lubbock. If you're fighting with Dentists that don't want to do the right job馃. You should definitely go talk to the girls at affordable Dentures馃榿 they will fix you up they will treat you right. From the front office to the back office.. To the people that make the teeth.... I cannot express how happy this fine group of people have made me feel today! They have made me feel right at home! I do not like to smile but today although I have no teeth right now I cannot stop smiling (I have not smiled for a good while now)with how the staff has gone above and beyond to help with getting started with my dentures today Margie was so pleasant and helpful with my insurance benefits then Jackie helped with getting me approved with financing and Tracy topped it off with taking my impressions such a professional beautiful group of ladies here But most of all Dr. Persmala is the leader of this fine staff !!! AMAZING is all I can say. There are not enough stars to give this team I HIGHLY recommend anyone who needs dental work to come here they treat you like family 馃グ

My visit today went really well the staff was great and explained everything. They were having trouble with their system for insurance so couldn鈥檛 get a treatment plan today but they are going to call me tomorrow with it.
