Amazing place!! Starting at reception, we were warmly greeted and called back quickly. When I think “free consult” this not at all what I expected. The dentist was so kind and explained everything, he answered my million questions and I never felt rushed! Excited for the next steps moving forward this him!!

If I could give 10 stars I would, I love Dr Singletary he’s amazingly awesome!! Everyone is so pleasant,! I wouldn’t go anywhere else as long as Dr Singletary is there! I’ve only had to wait close to an hour but they were busy, just wish I didn’t need to sit cuz my appointment was only a check up. Thank Dr Singletary & Staff for making me feel comfortable & being so helpful answering questions about my implants.

Dr. Singletary is wonderful. He is gentle, caring and answers all your questions. Rose at the front desk is also great. My only wish is they could get an assistant. Its different temps every time and this time it was just the Dr. doing my procedure with no help! I am on the last step to get my tooth and I can't wait.

I had 13 teeth pulled on the bottom and 12 on the top, and I honestly felt completely unprepared and dismissed through the entire process. After the procedure, I was given little to no aftercare instructions and received no follow-up call to check on how I was doing. For such a major dental procedure, I expected much more communication and care. I was also told I would be prescribed additional antibiotics, but that prescription was never sent in. On top of that, I had to remind the staff to give me the prescription for my pain medication before leaving. The overall experience felt rushed and disorganized, and I left feeling like I was just sent out the door without proper guidance or support. When someone undergoes extensive extractions like this, aftercare and communication are extremely important. Unfortunately, that was lacking here. For the amount of money I have given this place and to be made to feel as if I don’t matter makes me feel uneasy to give them anymore to finish the process. This is a scary situation to begin with and they have been a complete nightmare. But no way would I recommend this place. I would give 0 stars if I could.

So far so good I've just done impressions. The real review will come after I get my real dentures in June. Reduce my 5 star to a 3 due to one simply important thing communication. Dr. Singletary is hands down the best but he can't do it when others are not communicating together. Twice they have switched appointments around on me. Whoever handles scheduling needs to be retrained or let go . I live 45mins away its not like I can drop everything and go.
