The entire staff was attentive and respectful to me and my dad. They were very accommodating with appointment. He was happy with the outcome of his appointment. Shout out to Dr. Mixon, Miss Ariel and Miss Vernisha you all are true professionals and will recommend to family and friends.

About a month ago I went AD&I to have a tooth replaced on my upper partial. Just for walking through the door cost me $240.They don't take insurance of any type. All I needed was a tooth replaced. I got an x-ray and an impression of my lower teeth, which I didn't need and had absolutely nothing to do with what I went there for. The tooth alone cost me $320, which it already fading. Stay away from this place unless you just want to give your money away!

Overall, the experience was quite satisfactory. The staff members were exceptionally courteous and professional, with the exception of the office manager. Her demeanor was somewhat unprofessional, and she exhibited a lack of accountability for her own errors and those of her team. Had it not been for her shortcomings, I would have awarded them four stars. However, I deducted one star due to the outdated and antiquated nature of the office.

When I first went to AD&I I didn't know a thing about their procedures or dentures. Every single one of the staff was very kind, compassionate and knowledgeable. This made me feel very confident about my choice. Anytime I needed an adjustment, they took care of me and made sure I was happy and comfortable with their work. I would recommend AD&I to everyone who needs their services. It would be foolish to go anywhere else because of the first rate service they give you and the prices are extremely affordable. Every other place I checked out were at least twice as expensive. I couldn't be more satisfied with my experience and my mouth.
