Awful experience! Arrived at 1st appt, sign on door-closed. Next appt.- they don't offer free initial exam, their insurance process wasn't working, need to pay for initial exam out-of-pocket... What kind of successful business operates this way. Do not recommend!

All of the staff members provided supportive and compassionate care, to my grandmother, throughout the process of having her new dentures made. We learned that it’s a very tedious process, especially for someone who went 20 years in-between denture sets! They exercised great patience and understanding with our unique circumstances.

They fixed my broken upper denture at no cost. The dentist suggested she could install 3 inserts in the holes that connect with the implants. I asked how much that would cost and she quoted me $35 each. I could afford the $105 charge so I told her to do it. However, when I went to pay the invoice, they charged me $75 each saying "the price has increased." I would not have agreed to their installation at that price! Not good business!!
