I wanted to share my experience because I work in hospitality so I understand how very important reviews can be…. I have to say that I am very pleased with my experience so far. Dr. Scott made me feel so comfortable and at ease. I didn’t feel judged, the nurse went over every single detail with me from start to finish explaining the entire process. My temp partial doesn’t fit exactly the way I would like it to but that has nothing to do with the Dr. nor the staff. And I am confident that when I heal correctly, my permanent partial will be better. So happy I finally decided to do this. Thank you for giving me my smile back!!!

Do not walk, but RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! It hasn't even been a month since i paid $430 for an absolute piece of garbage partial and they wont make any adjustments to what they made me. Just said i need to add fixadent powder for it to fit correctly in my mouth. Um, no! That's not how that works, especially when i was informed i have 60 days for them to get it right. I was refused any kind of help to get it sorted, was told i was being DISMISSED by the lady in the back with super short hair, name starts with a K. She also proceeds to tell the other employees that im just whining and I've been in there like 5-6 times. No again! I had been in for the free consultation and xray, then tried my mouth piece on once, it was way too tight so they filed it down some and then it was too loose. So i had returned upon them " fixing" it, so it made my second time being in house with the mouth piece. Still doesnt fit! I saw someone's review on here saying how they basically just wear you down and you just comply so you can leave. I felt that. I was in tears asking to see the dr, was told he wasn't available, i said i wanted a refund they said no you signed the treatment plan. Then i said so i guess the cops will have to escort me off the property because no one wants to help me? They just kinda looked at me strange. The lady that answers the phone has been and was the only one helpful. She said what if we put a liner in it, i asked if it was thin like paper or thick like a paper towel? Because they already had to thin the top part out some because it was too much material inside my mouth and it was uncomfortable and didn't fit properly, she said no its thin and it helps it grip to your mouth, so i said yes. THEY PUT ME BACK TO THE RUDE LADY and she gonna look at me saying, im glad we can come to an agreement. Lady, God dont like ugly. And you ma'am, i will pray for you. Anywho, so the partial still dont fit, they wont help me and eventually i just leave. Stay away from here. The bad reviews are true. And even the new dentist i went to, they said what i told them(above) sounds just like the other stories they have heard from other patients. SHAME ON THIS PLACE! SAVE YOUR MONEY, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

I have had 5 sets of dentures and never experienced anything like this, they do a wax tried on I went every 2 weeks for 3 months, I have my dentures now, still don't fit,too many technicians what they call deliver is when you finally leave with your dentures, the last visit they were too big and the dentist put more stuff in it, told me to put it in and that we were finished, when I got home my upper lip was pushed out, I called the dentist and they ask if they were comfortable, no they were not, after 2 weeks I went back the dentist told me to put them in, I told her no, I can not and will not wear them like that, she then looked at them and asked me what was wrong with them, I could not believe she asked that, she took the dentures and trimmed off the excess, they are still too big and my upper lip still sticks out, and you have to sign off on the wax dentures that they are okI have attached some pics, they wasted 3 months of my time that cost me $379. for dentures I can not wear, so now what do I do, I really need dentures but these I can not wear

UPDATE 10/10/25. Still no lower teeth. Was called on 10/7, appt scheduled for 10/10 & was told it would be a frame w/ teeth set in wax tryin, but as usual he left with NOTHING. This appt wasn't needed as there was no wax or tryin. After waiting an hour for nothing he was told to come back next Friday to try in wax w/ teeth & then would be another 2 weeks before he got lowers. Still no temporary to get by so he's not able to eat much of anything & he's a type 1 diabetic w/ other medical conditions HE HAS TO EAT TO SURVIVE. I have all the info ready for the AL Dental Board & they will be contacted Monday. I refuse to let my husband end up in the hospital again for this dental offices negligence. To have so many issues & not even be contacted by an office manager shows this place is absolute joke. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH! Update as of 09/23/25 still do not have a lower and has been without it since the below review was made a month ago. To the owners generic response, You absolutely are NOT committed to improving your services because here we are 4 weeks later and nothing has been done to make this issue better. We have already reached out to the office multiple times and the office has NOT done anything different to try and make this a pleasurable experience. Maybe YOU as the owner need to get in touch with your office manager Kandy Abt and tell her that she should be checking and responding back to her emails when her employees in the office in another state have emailed her multiple times to try and get this issue resolved. Instead she has continued to ignore the emails and left her team hanging. They can't seem to do anything without an approval from this manager. I have requested an email and/or phone number for this manager and nobody will provide it to me. They seemed real hesitant when I asked for her name. If this issue remains unresolved, I will have no choice but to file a formal complaint with the Alabama Board of Dental Examiners to prompt an investigation and potential disciplinary action. What a horrible experience this has been for my husband. Except for the receptionist at the front desk, she is always so friendly and pleasant. Now on to the reason for this negative ⭐️ review. Implants placed for upper/lower 2024 and permanent impressions for U/L were 2025. He is going on his 4th time of his lower breaking & having to be repaired. He has told them every visit that they don't fit properly, but they continue to tell him they are. It would be nice for a DENTIST to come into the room and not just have an asst or hygienist do the adjustments when the same issue keeps happening over and over again. Also, when the patient has paid 10k and has had nothing but issue after issue, a dentist should be the one to come into the room and discuss issues with the patient. I myself having worked in dentistry over 15 years, have never in my life seen a patient have so many issues with a prosthetic, and the dentist does not take a new impression to make a new one. The new dentist there now refused to come into the room his last visit and the incompetent asst had the nerve to tell him, "If he wanted one that fit properly, he should have spent more money" First off little girl, he went with what the dentist (that was there at the time) recommended. So spending the money clearly wasn't an issue. How about if the impressions were properly taken, he wouldn't be there all the time for repairs. Maybe start listening to the patients' concerns because I guarantee they know more then you when it comes to how something in their mouth feels/fits. Let me not forget to add that he was also told he would have to schedule at the office across the bay since the dentist now at the MOB office doesn't do implants. This place is an absolute joke. Do yourself a favor and pay the extra money and go to a NON CORPORATE dental office. I should have went with my gut feeling and did that, but I tried it here so we could get everything done at one office and not have to schedule with an Oral Surgeon for ext/imp, then a general dentist for prosthetics.

I was extremely happy to be able to set an appointment online! The entire staff, receptionist to Dr Stewart, were great. They put me at ease and listened to my wants. My previous dentist retired. I’m happy to have found a replacement so easily!
