ABSOLUTELY DO NOT USE! I paid $3,700 for full package. I went years ago they left teeth in my head sent me home with temporary set. This happened few years ago I recently tried to contact them so Affordable Dentures could make it right. They blamed everything on the death of the dentist at the time claimed his wife stole everyone's personal documents ran off and opened another facility. I made clear I paid Affordable Dentures not the Dr. It didn't have his name above the door. I even called cooperate office in Charlotte NC. they don't care.

Very helpful staff once you arrive for an appointment, but a little difficult to speak with them on the phone. It seems all calls go directly to voicemail and you do not get a call back the same day. Dr. Williams is very knowledgeable and caring for his patients.

Mine fell into pieces after only a few months of wearing them. The warranty had run out so it was a waste of over 2000 dollars. Not to mention the whole front desk are snobs.

Very happy with the outcome . I had to get a tooth extraction and I want to say it was so easy and comfortable. I was not overly numbed and not a lot of pain at all.
Staff was very pleasant and helpful.
