Thank you, thank you, thank you! I had such horrible anxiety about getting my teeth done (dentures) that I avoided the process for 5 years. I made an appointment with your company, and wow! What an amazing experience!! Setting the appointment was easy and fast. The staff made sure check in was easy, quick and helpful. They helped me happily with my paperwork. Wait time was under 5 minutes. The entire staff was amazing and kind. They explained each and every process to me and held for questions, if i had them. I was pleasantly surprised at the cost of everything. They were direct about the cost and the amount was more than fair. AND THEN...... they made my first appointment for the next day. They were all so professional, quick and, when I did have anxiety, gave me space to process and got back to work. They did my impressions, made the prototype, fit me in them, processed and made my dentures in record time!! Like quick and the better part, my new teeth look 150% better than i expected. When they showed me my new smile, I said, hey...that's me!! They fixed 6 years of anxiety and ihelped me gain my confidence back all in one day. This is the place you want to be.....!!! They will take care of you!! Thank you so much for giving me my smile back!! I appreciate each and every one of you! 😁😁😁😁😁

The stuff is incredibly friendly and welcoming! They try to help you understand the entire process, and try to make you comfortable. I recommend so far. I'm scheduled to have all my teeth removed and they have been great at letting me know how things are going to go

I just went for a consultation to get a partial for two molars I’ve lost in the last few years, and while the office appearance is a little rough, the staff were fabulous. The receptionist was kind. Lisa, who took my x-rays, was super helpful and friendly. Becky (?), the liaison, who went over my medications, medical history, and explained my treatment options, was very nice and very understanding. Dr. Abdullah was also very nice, seemed interested in my situation, and was very professional yet personable. I can’t vouch for the quality of the work, but I can say that it was a very pleasant experience and that everyone I encountered seemed happy to be doing their job—that’s a huge plus! I look forwarded to my next visit

Botched my partial. I am in pain, cannot eat, I can barely talk, I can barely swallow and they are making me wait over a week to get an adjustment. The day of my surgery they failed to call in my perscription. My pharmacy called them and they put them on hold and dropped the call right at 5pm. When the pharmacy called back the office was closed.Had terrible pain, could not get any help form the Muncie location. I had to call the Corporate number in order for the Muncie office to call in my perscriptions. The day after my surgery I could not swallow. Again I got no help from the Muncie Location. Again I had to go through the Corporate number before they would help me. NO EMPATHY for the patient after they get your money. Do yourself a favor, stay away...

Very professional staff. Doctor explained everything and I would recommend this practice to as many people I know. PS: I WENT TO 4 DIFFERNT SURGEONS. THE OTHER 3 WANTED TO DO MY BOTTON TEETH TO IMPLANTS AND ADD EVEN MORE BONE GRAPHS. Only this Doctor said keep my bottom teeth..and I still had enough bone to do this..makes him the only honest surgeon! Bill
