I have had nothing but good experiences with Affordable D&I .I too was nervous and embarrassed on my first appointment but they made me feel comfortable and important with their kindness and professionalism to both me and my husband. Thank you so much to all of the people I encountered from the smiling sweet welcoming receptionist, the smart,friendly and gentle lovely assistants and the wonderful dedicated to his practice and expertise Doctor! Did i say everyone is easy one the eyes too!! If you have any doubts or concerns about choosing a team and plan for your smile for the future, Don't hesitate any longer, Go to them!! Dr. Elshamy (I’m not sure of the spelling) Is very nice and professional. The staff is so nice , compassionate and professional. They explain everything as to your needs. The dentures they make for you look so real that you really leave with a smile. Plus you have them within a day. I would recommend them completely to anyone. The main thing it’s affordable.

I had gone in to get my temporary partial dentures, which of course needed a bit of adjustment and the tech, Chief, was very patient & knowledgeable in taking care of them. All the staff in the office are very client friendly & let you know they’re there to help. You’re made to feel comfortable.
Dr Bill is very patient & listened to my issues. He made me feel I was in the right place to get help!!

Everyone there is nice, informative, and kind. I've had a great experience so far. Dr. Bilal, Damica, and Scott have been helpful and and so friendly. I'm very pleased with my surgery and recovery so far. My Implants are healing nicely. I highly recommend this office with Dr. Bilal.

Cracked my denture on vacation, called and made an appointment for the very next morning, explained what had happened when I made the appointment. The person I spoke with was very helpful and scheduled me early so there would be time for the repair to be done, however, when I arrived, the receptionist told me that they only repair dentures that were made there, so I asked if they could just make me a new one, to which she replied that they don't do same day dentures, and there is a lot to that process. So I'm about ready to just leave when I decide to wait and see what the people in the back had to say. I am very thankful that I waited. They were able to repair my denture with no problem even though they were made in Columbia, and not at this location. The dentist and the assistant were both super helpful and friendly, but you have to get by the receptionist first. I would definitely recommend this place, just don't get ran off by whatever the receptionist says, be patient and it will be worth it. I would give 5 stars to the dentist and the dental assistant but only 1 star to the receptionist so that's why I only gave 4 stars.
