JUST DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE! I may end up filing in court to get my money back. Thousands of dollars, months of time, many visits for impressions, fittings, adjustments, all for nothing. Poor construction quality, rough spots and edges, crooked teeth, and the partial denture rocks on my gums, rubs and leaves sores so bad I cannot use it to eat, nor can I wear it for over a few hours without too much pain, and it caused bloody sores where it rubs. And I was told it's because my bones changed and there's nothing that can be done. I need to get used to it! It fit this poorly the day I picked it up and I told them then. It's been adjusted several times, and none of the adjustments have helped. Its a shame that this office has become so awful. Five years ago everything was excellent, from customer service to the quality of workmanship, fit of denture, etc. Now I would rate them with a ZERO star if that were an option.

I was very pleased with my experience at Affordable Dentures. Everyone was so nice, and they did a good job of making my dentures comfortable. They are attentive, and answer any questions you may have.

Best dental experience I've ever had! I've always had issues with pain relief at the dentists office. Any procedure required multiple shots of pain relief and I still felt the process. This time? Two shots and I was shocked when he said he had removed all 6 bad teeth. I didn't feel a twinge at all. I now have beautiful dentures, no more tooth aches, and when I can afford it? You better believe I'll go back to him for implants!

The staff are all really sweet! Pulled a bunch of teeth and didn’t hardly feel anything. Today is day 1 after surgery and I don’t even need pain medicine.

Meet the Doctors
Dr. Troy Simmons, DDS, FICOI, FAAIP, is the owner and general dentist at Affordable Dentures & Implants in Nacogdoches. He is a Fellow of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists and a Fellow of the American Academy of Implant Prosthodontics. Dr. Simmons earned a Bachelor of Science from the University of Toledo in 1973 and graduated from the Ohio State University School of Dentistry in 1976, and he has continued hands-on implant education, including training through the Live Implant Training Institute. After many years in private general practice, he joined Affordable Dentures & Implants in 2016. His focus is on implant and denture treatment that restores comfort, function, and confidence, and he is currently accepting new patients.
