I’m not one to normally leave reviews but these ladies deserve the best. Sierra and Kelly treated my mom so precious. I appreciate them more than they know. Dr.G was also a very sweet and caring dentist with a wonderful personality that my mother loved.

I took my father here to have his bottom dentures replaced, and this entire experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. I scheduled the appointment online, received confirmation by both email and text, and yet when we arrived, the office had absolutely no record of the appointment. After waiting over two and a half hours — and only after I begged for help — they finally decided to “work us in.” We went ahead and purchased upgraded dentures because the price seemed reasonable and supposedly included 100 days of free adjustments. What a mistake. It took two more trips just to get impressions and fittings done, which is incredibly difficult because my father has dementia and every visit requires serious planning and effort. When we finally received the dentures, they didn’t fit properly. We were told we could easily schedule adjustments at any time — yet no one ever answers the phone, and when they finally do, they’re booked out for days. Meanwhile, my father can’t eat anything solid because his dentures are unusable. Watching him eat soggy cereal while this office ignores calls is beyond frustrating and completely unacceptable. This place is disorganized, unprofessional, and clearly doesn’t care about its patients. They waste people’s time, show zero compassion, and make it nearly impossible to get the service they promise. Save yourself the stress — spend the extra money and go somewhere that actually values their patients. This business should be ashamed of how it treats people.

This business and location are amazing! Cierra made me feel welcomed and explained everything I needed in a way I understand. I am happy I chose this location and would definitely recommend coming here!

I'm sure that there has to be another facility that has implants that are affordable.. called with some inquiries about there implants.. spoke with Anne... Very abrasive and borderline rude . didn't seem to be interested in answering any of my questions.. she made me feel very uncomfortable..if this is what the atmosphere is going to be like we will find accomodations elsewhere.. expected Better attitude from someone who is supposed to be welcoming future patrons.... Very disappointing..
