WARNING!!!! Do not use a facility for nothing !! She is rude, misleading, and has 0 compassion . I was driving 5 hours to go to my appointments and then the day I was getting my final snap in dentures they snapped the lover one in, and then they couldn’t get it out and never got it out. It actually had to be cut and drilled off of my implants. My face and head and mouth hurt for days.!
Then my upper implant failed so I came back in April of this year. Here it is March and I still have no fitting denture to eat without pain!! In fact the denture that was supposed to be my final broke in three pieces three months later just after getting it and she wouldn’t even fix it. They would not help me. They dismissed me. Wouldn’t give me a reason why after it was all said and done they took $42,000 for me and I yet to have a denture. It was the worst experience of my life the worst rip off of my life! I suggest That you don’t even walk through that door because they don’t give a crap about their patients , they’re well-being , oral health or nothing! But believe they loved me when she cashed that 11,000 dollar check at once!! The last eight months i hsd been unspeakable and I wouldn’t wish it on anyone except the person who did it to me ! Then went on to say it was all my fault!!! I nothing was done to protect my oral health. The lack of information and explanation is extremely u professional. I asked what was the difference between permanent and snap and snap in dentures and she said the price tag !! I found out only after they were in My mouth that they have to be taken out to be cleaned by the dentist! The dentures they provide are so cheap. You might as well get some plastic ones off Temu! Mark my words, it’ll start out sounding great but lord knows don’t ask for your medical records because that’s a reason for a dismissal as well. And even though my denture had a 5 year warranty they voided my warranty as well!

Great customer service. Everyone (including the dentist) was very thorough in explaining any procedures and answering every question. They were all very patient and understanding. Just an all around pleasant atmosphere.

I previously visited another Affordable Dentures location in the state and had a terrible experience—constant cancellations, rescheduled appointments months out, and poor-quality work that left me in pain and embarrassed about my smile. After all that, I was hesitant to try another location, but I’m SO glad I did!
The Newport News team is a complete breath of fresh air—friendly, caring, and incredibly accommodating. Their work is excellent, and they truly make me feel valued every step of the way. Even though I drive much farther to get here, it’s absolutely worth it. Thank you all so much for restoring my confidence!
P.S. I still need to schedule my implant x-ray and adjustment—I’ve just been so busy! I’ll call today.

Facility always nice and clean. Staff professional w clean uniforms; customer service off the chart- very easy to talk to or ask questions. Dr. Dawson is the best!! The best dentures in the 7 cities. Prices are reasonable but quality of dentures are supreme! Thank you. I traveled over an hour just to come here!! Been a patient over 10 years. Highly recommended!

I had 2 extractions done. I was a little on edge since I hadn’t had dental work in years. The staff made me feel better. Miss Diamond is always pleasant. Miss Wanda is always a charm and makes you feel at home. Ashley and Elton are on point with there X-rays and pictures. As for Doctor Dawson..Amazing! She informs you step by step before she does anything. She apologizes if she think she hurt you but best of all, she’s joyful and loves music. That calmed me down a lot! Go see for yourself. This team is Awesome! Highly recommended! 👏🏽👍🏽
