If I could give a lower rating, I would. I previously had a set of premium dentures made by the same company in Augusta, and they lasted over 15 years while fitting perfectly. When I came here, I was told these premium dentures should last at least 10 years. From the beginning, I had problems with the fit. I returned twice for adjustments, but they still never fit properly. I was told that was the best they could do, and I ended up having to reapply adhesive multiple times a day just to keep them in place. Today, while reapplying adhesive, the dentures accidentally fell and immediately broke in half. They were only about one month old. I took good care of them, brushing them every night and following proper care instructions. When I brought them in, I was told they would only be repaired, not replaced. I questioned that decision because they were only a month old and had broken so easily. I received a snippy response and was told that if I didn't like the policy, I could speak with a manager. I chose to speak with the manager and waited from 3:38 p.m. until almost closing time. During that entire time, I did not yell, curse, or repeatedly bother staff. When I finally spoke with the manager, I was told I would have to pay for the repair because I dropped them. Their age and the fact that the damage was accidental did not matter. When I said I thought that was unreasonable, I was warned that if I continued raising my voice even though I was not yelling or cursing I would be asked to leave, and the police would be called if I refused. I found that response completely unnecessary. I was simply expressing frustration over paying more than $2,400 for premium dentures that broke after one month. After calling the situation ridiculous, I was handed back my broken dentures, told to leave, informed that I was no longer welcome there, and denied any refund. I paid over $2,400 expecting the same quality and service I had received in the past, but instead I was treated as though I were aggressive simply for questioning their policy. My experience was that the staff were friendly at first, but became very defensive when I raised concerns or disagreed with their policies. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

Walking into affordable dentures with a mask due to being conscious of smiling, I was welcomed first by Sarah! She was and is absolutely Amazing for every appointment I had! It’s a process (you gotta trust it) the staff that assisted me were great and compassionate! It made all the difference! Sarah works in the front and the back and does her very best to accommodate appointments and fix any issues I had overall! She is Genuine and always took care of me! It was a long 4 months but my experience was great bc of the people that work there! I always looked foward to seeing the Dr. and the ladies! and Eric bc he helped me to get the process started! Ty Affordable Dentures! I can Smile with Confidence and no longer be self conscious! Sarah Ty For everything! I don’t know without you if my experience would have been so Great! You made all the difference from my 1st appointment all the way to my Last!!

I had my wisdom tooth removed here and had a great experience. Dr. Oz had a very gentle touch and his assistant Sarah was very sweet. They explained everything clearly, and the extraction went much better than I expected. The staff was friendly, professional, and made me feel at ease throughout the visit. Recovery has been going well, and I’m very happy with the care I received. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone needing dental work.

First of all I never really ever write reviews so this should tell you something. I was able to get a same day appointment for extraction. I traveled from an hour away to this place because of the amount of pain that I was in. Once I got there, everything was a BREEZE. The receptionist was very nice and easy going. The rest of the staff once I got to the back were amazing and answered all of my questions. The doctors that I seen were amazing and gave me the best option for me to be pain free. The numbing was the worst part but the actual extraction?? Felt NOTHING. I was so relieved when it was done. I got there at 3 and left around 5. Honestly it wasn’t bad at all and you do have to keep in mind that obviously you are not the only patient that they are working on so keep that in mind. I will without hesitation come back again.

On Monday I had my top teeth removed and got dentures. When I left, my gums were numb. After 24 hours I was allowed to take them out. I noticed that a couple of spots rubbed against my gums and caused me pain. I went in to get them fixed. I was told the next appointment available was 12 days away. For 12 days I can't use my dentures. It will be hard to eat anything besides soup for 12 days. I have to work with no top teeth for 12 days. I put 2 stars because the staff is very nice.
