Horrible experience! Do not waste your time or money. I am starting a new job tomorrow and came in today for a denture reline. No one told me that they wouldn't be ready until tomorrow. I was very clear about starting a new job tomorrow, this being my 1st reline, and my experience of loosing my original set in a fire and how not having my teeth was a fear after that lived experience. They didn't tell me until after they shaved down my dentures to an unwearable state that they wouldn't be ready until tomorrow. Don't waste you're time or money with people who do not give you all the information from the beginning. Not a very caring or empathetic staff. I'd go to Comfort Dental before this place. Not too mention the 2 hours I wasted there for nothing when I already have so much to do today. Should be called "waste of time and money dentures and implants." Definitely won't go through them for my implants.

It was outstanding and surprising. New dentures are a gift from my son and his wife. My son was with me at the consultation as I wanted him to decide how much money to spend. We met with the dentist and he recommended the best selection without having to make an incision (can’t chance an infection due to health issue).
I went back on Monday for the impressions and the poster by the receptionist’s desk seemed to say there was a selection that looked better but obviously required an incision and cost $1200 more. The lovely receptionist, Felicia, said incisions were not required. What followed, unfortunately, was my suggestion she was using a word incorrectly. I should have waited and asked to speak with the doctor, as one young and one very old woman were seriously ticked off.
The doctor came in and told me my son would be throwing $1200 away if we chose the selection that created the confusion. That kind of honesty rates 5 stars. My son was willing to pay whatever the best cost.
I deeply regret the conflict between Felicia and me. I am an old woman, I should have known better and exercised better judgment.
I’ll be happy to rate after I get the dentures.

my first time going there and i was so impressed with the service, friendly people that i would definitely recommend to anyone who needs this type of work. and i could not believe the price for the top of the line ones! very impressed. will post again after all the work is complete!

Two days after nine extractions, bone grafts, and bone removal. Not one bit of pain or discomfort, even with a mouthful of stitches, and my dentures fit great! Dr.Nick Freel, and his team did an amazing job and I couldn't be happier. Was also given a generous discount to help meet my budget!

Fantastic experience, I am terrible when it comes to any kind of dental. But, the Dr, nurse and staff, made me so much at ease, I highly recommend them. I had bones cut out and didn't feel a thing not 3ven the shots. I still don't have pain. I urge you to go to them.
