So my experience well at first visit I felt like they were on the ball. Like straight back n x rays in room n had to ask um is anyone goin to tell me prices n stuff. That changed there pace. So got prices I got the second best dentures. Supposed to be. With that said did the molds and a bite test for alignment. Next appointment they were like we didn’t do one come find out they lost it. It’s the same building so that’s beyond me. Next appointment. Was supposed to have teeth and do a test. Well didn’t fit right back
Was hitting first told that and also that I had to push my lower face foward to get them to go together dr sets them like that n then next appointment they are done still doesn’t line up bottom are crooked And the center bar still lineup together I would swear my goal was sideways But they make you sound a piece of paper saying that the bite test crap was done so nothing I can do about it at this point they’re uncomfortable and I have a hard time eating at the front. Don’t even get close to touching to where I can buy anything, the sides don’t line up. Not to mention being a second wet, he would think they would all be smooth everywhere. They’re not smooth. There’s rough spots here little extra bumps that aren’t smooth so this is second best year I would hate to pay the price for the full best and get the same set of teeth I feel like they were just about getting in and out to get it and I paid it for I’d the very beginning It was like they’re not even listening to what I was saying my old teeth fit better
The staff was nice thou

First of all I'd like to say I came in with pretty neutral expectations, I was in a bad place and I was afraid of being judged for my teeth because I've had bad experiences in the past with other dentists.
Let me put everyone's mind at ease, the staff here are consummate professionals. There is no judgement here, just top notch treatment from initial consultation to final surgery. I was never made to feel like something was wrong with me personally at any point and that is something I was afraid of because of past experiences with other dentists. (The stuff they use for impressions has a terrible aftertaste but that's not their fault.)
Dr. Bernard Okumu is an absolute professional and is incredible at his job. He is understanding, compassionate and will answer any question or concern you have. He spent extra time with me during my consultation answering all of my questions. I was completely at ease even during my surgery. I'm writing this review 3 days post surgery and at this point I have zero pain despite needing a full top and bottom extraction. This says a lot about his capabilities as a dentist.
Final word, this is the place to come for your needs, you will be treated with dignity and respect from first appointment to final. I will recommend it to anyone that is in a situation similar to my situation.

Excellent service, courteous employees. Explained everything to me in detail. This is the 3rd denture they've made for me over the past 35 years. I've always been pleased with the quality and fit. Price is always better than anyone else I get a quote from. Highly recommended.

Dr O & his staff are very caring & make you feel at ease about your treatment plan & procedures. I had 4 extractions done. They made sure I was completely numb & comfortable during the entire procedure. Will definitely go back to this office, if needed in the future.
