I would like to give a shout out to the staff!! Amanda is amazing, and so patient with me. Dr D is awesome. They explain everything so well, and make me feel so comfortable. I鈥檝e always been afraid of dentist visits. But not here!! All the staff is kind and always smiling 馃槉 Thank you All, Sarah馃榿

I would like to shout out the personnel. I have been attending the Olive Bravh office for a year now and I have not ever experienced a bad attitude from anyone. The office manager is absolutely wonderful. She can assist in all positions and I truly admire her. I admire my dental assistance Ms. Amanda dearly. I can go on with my deepest appreciation to this office. The doctor is also great, Dr. D. Thank you all! KP

I had some issues with my lower implant dentures. Office mgr Jessika, Amanda, Dr Jhiren, and another young lady (African American) whose name I don鈥檛 know worked tirelessly until they got me right. Hello I had to say something about Lakiyah dental hygienist was very professional and attending to all my needs. Ask me about my family, just an all around good person with a good spirit. I came for a cleaning and I felt absolutely no pain and she made sure everything was good before I left. Thank you so much, for your kind spirit and remember, keep God first.

I was so disappointed today with AD&I Yesterday, ( Sunday Evening) I was eating almonds and my front tooth was extracted from my gums. Sunday evening I called for an appointment to have it fully removed because it was simply hanging. I received a call from Jessica while I was in route saying they were booked up and I can come Tuesday! How sad is that? I stated I was not trying to get in front of anyone. But my tooth was hanging. I was told I'm sorry but we are booked. I went on to say I will sit in the parking lot in hopes someone call and cancel. While waiting I called around, every where I called I kept getting we're booked. Finally! I called Windstone Dental explained my situation, Even though they were also booked! Due to the severely they said come in and we will squeeze you in. ( Which was what I expected to hear from you all) I waited for 7 patients to be seen before me. When I finally got to the back it took the doctor less than 2 minutes to removed the tooth. In my opinion there was no since of urgency, care or concerned... Which was so disheartening! I remembered being there in the waiting room a couple of years ago and a customer walked in with an issue, he had no appointment he was rushed to the back they took care of him, and within 15 minutes he was gone. What I experience today now have me second guessing getting the major work I need done here, because God forbid if I have any complications I will have to wait on an appointment just to be seen.
