First of all, disregard Ms. Bond's 1-star review below. I'll say what staff are too kind to say: Her 1 and only review, she lambasts staff for not accommodating her being 30 mins late because she went to the wrong location?? You can find your way around Google enough to find the phone number and post a review, but can't look up an address? Pleeaase 🙄🤦🏼 Now, getting dentures is a process. Didn't know quite how lengthy when I made the decision, but that's neither here nor there. Occasionally, after a visit, I was texted about posting a Review. I didn't feel I could give an honest, overall assessment until the entire process was complete. So here it is. I needed 19 extractions. On the day of the procedure, Dr. Bowen was already on tooth #3 while I thought he was still working on the 1st. He numbs you up good, but beyond that, he's THE most gentle dentist I've ever experienced. Additionally, his calm demeanor, manners, and Southern boy charm make you comfortable in his presence immediately. Had a wonderful medical doctor some years ago that I had great confidence, trust, and admiration in for his knowledge. He's no longer my doctor for 1 simple reason: his staff. Incompetence, consistently excessive wait times, and the unfriendliness finally made me move on. I say all that to say that the staff at AD&I are warm, caring, gentle, and respectful of your time. A big thank you and shout out to Shelby, Marlee, Lydia, Jenny, the lab team, of course Dr. Bowen, and the rest of the amazing staff. Things happen... even after a couple of unavoidable (not staff fault) hiccups that were not only resolved without issue or hassle, but with kindness and empathy. I even had to start completely over with my finals. But you know what, I could not be happier with my final set! They fit great, they look great, alignment is awesome... I could not be more satisfied. They only want for you to be completely happy with your new bionic chompers. I hope this review helps with your decision, I know I'm a happy customer.

Absolutely wonderful service by the woman at the front desk. She was in there last year I was there and she was a tremendous help both times. Super nice, respectful, and HONEST! If you can get in there early they can have partials ready same day!! My partial i had got made last year was super dirable. Would still be going strong if I hadn't have lost it.

I made the appointment online after I was assured that II could get it done Before the 11th of March because I was leaving for vacation, I drove seventy miles With that assurance , i was prepared to pay cash for the premium set. But when I got there, the lady I talked to after I was called back was there was no way I could get them back in that time line, So I had to cancel that appointment because I couldn't wait for them,, to say I was disappointed, it would be an understatement , i don't understand why I was told one thing online. Dr. Bowen, his lovely wife, and all of his staff are such wonderfully, kind individuals! They really make the “scary” dental appointments, NOT scary. I feel very comfortable with them, I feel always welcomed, and they help me financially with different options and treatment plans, and they really care about what’s best for me. I have been referring my friends and family to Dr. Bowen since I began going there - almost two years ago I stared and still attend. I actually enjoy going to the dentist now, with Dr. Bowen and wife lovely wife and his staff! I used to be scared but I’ve never felt more comfortable!

DO NOT GO HERE THEY WERE HORRIBLE TO ME !!!! ONE OF THINGS YOU WANT AT A DENTIST IS FOR THEM TO BE KIND AND CARING , WELL NOT HERE 😢😭😣💔 would not give them even 1 star , I called and made an appointment for a new top denture , I dont have a lot of money and had to save for months to be able to get the money together to get a new denture. My purse was stolen and mine was in it. It's been horrible I haven't been able to eat right and am so embarrassed to even be seen in public. I was so excited to finally go . When called for the appt I was told it was near Walmart. This morning I called to get directions and nobody would pick up the phone so we headed to Walmart like they said and tried calling on the way again to ask for directions and Again was put on hold forever ,well i am new here and there are two walmarts and went to the wrong walmart I called again and tried toget help and let them know what happened and i was on my way but of course I couldn't get anyone on the phone. I was 20 minutes late by the time I figured out where to go and ran inside. The woman at the front desk Shelby said well your late I tried to explain that I tried calling several (5) times to get directions and couldn't get anyone to answer the phone and tried to let them know what happened and explain why i was going to be late and nobody answered and could she please please help me ,and tried to explain my situation and she wasnt even listenjng She was very rude and kept saying well you are late af said I could wait and she would see what she could do ,I had to pay 25 $ each way for a ride and that i cant eat right and didn't want my family to see me like this on Thanksgiving and begged her to please help me and I wouldn't have been late if someone actually answered the phone there . she just kept repeating well u were late and could obviously care less about my situation so I waited an hour and a half and she came out and told me that they wouldn't see me and would make a new appointment in week or 2. I Asked why would u have me wait this long if I couldn't be seen , she could have asked them and told me right away but let me sit there all that time and she was very rude and condescending and had a big smile thinking it was funny enjoying herself telling me they it was my fault foir being late over and over instead of trying to help or being nice at least. How hard would it have been to be nice about what happened and try to hellp ? And fit me in knowing i tried over and over to call and get help , I didn't just show up late withno good reason , then i asked to talk to the manager thinking maybe they could help considering what happened and she said I am the manager and no i would not be seen . I cant believe they would have someone that rude as her as their manager . I have been to other locations and they were sooo nice.what happened to being a valued return customer? Not there . She was horrible to me and has no customer service skills or empathy whatsoever, I think she should be fired and ashamed of how she treated me , its not fair they should have a phone that someone actually answers and try to help in situations like this or at least be nice 😪i left crying my eyes out and going to being staying home alone at Thanksgiving because I don't want my family to see me ,like this. I started out so happy and excited to finally go and get my new teeth and now im upset and so sad. it would not been hard at all to try and help., instead she was mean and didn't care at all . I would tell anyone thinking of going there DEFINITELY DONT !!!! GO ANYWHERE BUT THERE IF THATS HOW YOURE GOING TO TREATED !!!! VERY SAD DAY , sp b dissapointed. I will tell everyone I know how they treated me and to NEVER to affordable denture
