If I could give a 0 star I would.
I've been here before, but over 1 year. Good experience! The main reason I returned this go around.
The Dr. did not represent the mission of the company during my appointment. I did not leave there with a smile, I left with tears because I was highly disappointed, and confused 馃様
A few hours later,
According to Dr. staff, he informed them cancel my future appointment. Words from staff "The Dr does not want to move forward with your treatment because you did not appear to be comfortable with the treatment plan and you had too many Questions. He suggest that you find another location"
Instead of reassuring, or educating the patient to remove doubts or restore patient trust. The best solution from a professional stand point was to tell the patient she had too many questions and look for another location.

Excellent and professional care. Prompt service and as scheduled. Well informed personell. Easily relates to lay person on their level of understanding. Prepares you for procedures or coarse of care to be administered. Very pleasant and courteous.

As always these guys are great! And their products are top notch. I had to buy new dentures and due to a lack of funds had to go with the economy. Needless to say I think I like these better than the first ones they did. And those were great!

If there was zero starts that would be what I would leave. I called Thursday to make an appointment. The person answering the phone right away tried to not book my appointment telling me my insurance was out of network. I have good insurance so even OON it covers more than 50%. Finally got booked - went in.. Dentist Patel was awesome BUT her staff otherwise. I was told with billing of insurance that I HAD TO PAY UP FRONT AT LEAST HALF THEN BILL MY INSURANCE MYSELF. So what is there job? Just booking appts and answering phones?? Even the NEW office manager said the same. SO I called my original office in Lake Jackson and they confirmed that i was correct and didnt have to bill for myself. So I went over there and I am getting treatment there. Good Luck Y鈥檃ll!

The management and staff at the DDS facility in George Town are simply awesome. I鈥檝e been a patient their since 2017 and they never ever have let me down when it comes to my dental health. I鈥檇 recommend this dentistry To anyone in need of dentures.
