Very pleasant experience, Jasmine was very nice to me as well as the lady at the front desk. She made me feel so comfortable. She was very informative explaining what was happening and how I needed to take care of my payment. There’s no pressure on payment and Jasmine has helped me on making me comfortable. Returning to get my dentures was easy and I was very happy with my whole experience.

Go anywhere but here! If you call them they will tell you they accept insurance. They do not. I went in and they sold me partial dentures. The dentist if you could even call her that told me my front tooth needed a filling and sold me partial dentures. I had one tooth in the back that my partial was supposed to hang on to. Not even a month later that tooth became infected and it had to be extracted as an emergency. The new dentist I saw also told me my front teeth needed extracted not just one filling. I contacted the main office and waited over a week to hear back about a refund for my partials that should have never been sold to me! That so-called dentist completely lied! My mom was in that office with me. She said my partials would work I just needed to fix the cavity in my front tooth. I just wanted a refund for the partial dentures that will not work for me! That place is also absolutely disgusting. If you go there for an extraction you're going to get an infection! I will be contacting the board of dentists and reporting this. The Pensacola office is full of liars. They will sell you what you can't use! The place is filthy and they do not accept insurance. Go anywhere but here! Getting dentures is already a very painful and emotional process and to be ripped off and screwed over is the worst. I cannot believe this happened to me. Go anywhere but here!

I could not be happier with the service I received. Teresa at the front desk was my kind of people great sense of humor and fun to talk to. The young dental assistant was fantastic as well, Im so sorry I can’t remember her name, but she did an amazing job from start to finish making sure I knew was to expect and keeping me very comfortable the entire time. Dr. Yiqian Dong was so funny as she sang along with the music play in the back ground and having conversations with her self as she preformed some complex procedures. This is sign of a very intelligent person, she was so nice and very kind. This is the day after and other than a little sore Im pain free. I could not be happier with the entire process. I highly recommend!!!!!!!!!very happy customer. Curtis McCowan

I had an injury and could no longer receive treatment. They refunded most all my money quickly and fairly. No hassle. I just knew it was going to be a pain to get a refund. It was not! I was so surprised. However, they do need to clean all the dental rooms as they were very dirty. Not just a bit of dust. That was the biggest surprise! I hv never ever seen a dental or doctors office that dirty and full of grime! Trust me when i say the place was disgusting! The dentist only pushed getting implants and i could not understand her w her heavy accent. She didn’t introduce herself and was rude and dismissive! The music was very loud and she was singing along loudly as well. I would never recommend this place to anyone! Go to the one in Destin or use Aspen dental in Gulf Breeze or Dixie dental. They’re all clean at least!! I wouldn’t want anyone that lives w that grime slapping together some dentures for me.

From the moment I walked through the door I felt at ease. The reception was friendly inviting helpful with the paperwork, she addressed me like she had known me forever not like a stranger not office still very, very nice. The little girl that took me back was very professional had a friendly smile the dentist her herself was very informative very gentle very very, very good. When I came back for the first bedding I was taking immediately back. I didn’t have to wait when I went back for my final feeding, it is the same thing they keep there they don’t keep you waiting or anything. The workmanship was wonderful. .
