They're r patient and helpful. From front desk to back. Dentist, xray tech, and receptionist were amazing! So nice! But 1800 number not so helpful! They didn't even tell me they don't take either one of my 2 insurances even though I gave them both to rep when I called saying I needed a second opinion consult. I probably will still u Affordable if my out of network is not too expensive due to my great experience there. But 800 call in reps need some work! Thank u for taking the time explaining things to me at the clinic!!

Absolutely terrible dentist. I was promised working dentures when they pulled my teeth before Christmas and I was giving teeth that were too large for my mouth. When I went back still before Christmas to let them know that they hurt so bad that I could not wear them I was told to wait a few more weeks for the swelling to go down. I went all through Christmas and New years with no teeth and in a lot of pain due to infection in my face. I finally went back after the office reopened after New years and he had to re-pull a tooth that had already been pulled. That tooth is still infected and is still needing to be surgically removed again. The denture said they gave me the second time actually fit in my mouth but they have a piece on the top that has been slicing the top of my mouth. When I went back to address that he told me that he needed to remove the remainder of the chunk of tooth in the back of my mouth that was causing the infection and never fixed the cutting part on the top of my dentures. I was a bit nervous and had a tear run down my eye and he refused to remove the remainder of the tooth. Now they are saying services have been rendered and I am stuck with teeth that do not work and an infection that has not gone away in almost 2 months. I am now having to pay another dentist to surgically remove a tooth that has been removed twice by this dentist, as well as pay for a new set of dentures because he refuses to fix it. The ladies in the office I would give five stars the dentist I would give zero.

I want to thank Dr. Klein and Alyssa for everything they did to make my dentures right. They worked so hard every time I walked in that office. They never got upset. They never got frustrated. They just kept telling me no matter what, they would make them right until I am happy with the fit. And fit they do! Thank you so much Dr Klein and Alyssa!!! I really appreciate the hard work you both did for me!

Great service. Friendly staff. Dr. Klein is the best; he very kind, compassionate, and thorough. You can tell he really cares about his patients and quality of life.
