Update on this place!!! I had my housing to my snap fall completely out of my lower denture and went to them Oct of 2025 to get a new housing put in and they said they had to order the housing and some rubber rings for the others and as I was checking out they said they would call me when they came in I never got a phone call nothing from them and as of 2-23-26 I had to go to another dentist to remove the rod due to infection of it and had to pay out of pocket and it wasn’t cheap by all means. And the next day they send me a text saying I owe a balance from October. Remind you housing has been missing since October of 2025. I called to ask about this and the girl that answered said she didn’t see in any notes that the housing was to be ordered and so on. Like wow really!!

I was impressed with the facility. The waiting area was tidy, clean and orderly. The receptionist was welcoming, cheery and helpful.
The staff in the treatment area were professional yet warm, friendly and informative. They answered my questions, provided me with written instructions to leave with.
I had less interaction with the dentist but he was informative on the X-ray findings, treatment options and what each procedure would involve.
The office manager, Bill, was engaging, fun and informative and I enjoyed our interaction.
The only thing I felt was missing was staff introducing themself by providing a first name and their role in my treatment/care. I asked the dentist his name and I had talked to the office manager on the phone earlier in the week but I did ask his name just to verify it was the same employee I had talked to on the phone.

I’ve tried to share it on here and all I got was a bunch of promises that were never followed through on and one big bait and switch. Bottom line is if you cannot afford implants, you are not gonna get the experience that you’re hoping for so I don’t have any advice for you other than that to say that I’m angry would be an understatement. I will tell you one thing, one of the things that I was told that they could do. I expressed that I wanted them to do when I was there to get my “new teeth“ which so you know you don’t get new teeth if you only have the basic denture, no matter what they tell you because the last one of these Reviews that I did I said I was upset because I was told that I wasn’t gonna get new teeth. I was gonna have to live with these forever and they would go in and adjust them, but that was it. I know it was contacted and told by the office that oh no, I would be getting all new teeth. I’d be able to pick the color the shape everything and that I misunderstood and I wasn’t listening so I took the review down and then from that moment, forward every person I spoke to in that building all the girls kept saying no you’re just getting a hard reline. No, you’re just getting a hard reline and when I got there and I asked to have my teeth changed I was told they could do that. It was not a problem and when I got them and nothing had changed the teeth the color, shape nothing and I said to the girl did you change this and she said no and I said you were supposed to and she said oh I’m sorry. really I hope when she gets older that she has the same experience I had and she could look back on this when they look at her straight in the eye and say oh I’m sorry in other words this is what you got you get, you get what you get don’t throw a fit bottom line that’s how they look at it there outwardly, they’re the kindest, nicest sweetest people in the world but it when it comes down to what you’re going to receive, it’s about what they want what you want what doesn’t matter. The fact that you’re in debt for teeth that are not functional or that I don’t look right and are not what you asked for that doesn’t matter what matters is that this is what you’re gonna get and you will live with it and anything extra that you want you can’t have I even have insurance that would’ve paid for me to have another set of teeth that I asked them to check two months ago to see if that insurance would pay for me to have another set of dentures because I paid well went into debt for these and I since got the insurance they told me that they didn’t know if they would and they would check on it and they never did and they never contacted me about it So I’m done I give up they’re sweet. They’re kind they seem to be outwardly but I’m wondering if that’s just all one big act they’re there to do nothing more that make profit and it doesn’t matter what we need so there you go that’s how I.feel. I will be posting this everywhere. Thank you for sending me the text message asking me to post on here if I had a good experience that was so helpful because I actually had almost decided not to post so thank you for that reminder. I do not want to hear from anybody in this local in this office corporate yeah but not you guys you had your shot.

Super great experience!! Went in with worries and anxiety, and left totally happy with the outcome. Instead of upper denture I was given the choice of a partial to replace missing teeth and give stability to my remaining tooth. The team is there for best interest, not most dollars. I got my smile back. Thanks to the care team at Affordable Dentures & Implants.

I went in to get a new soft liner on my dentures which, for those that aren't familiar with dentures, is a kind of molded liner that goes on your dentures to protect your gums until they're completely healed. The dental asst. mixed stuff for the mold and put it in my mouth to set up and after about a mInute it started to hurt in one spot and I looked around for the asst. so I could let her know in case she needed to adjust something. I couldn't see her anywhere, matter of fact, I couldn't see anyone anywhere!! She had just put the mold in my mouth and disappeared. It takes 5 mins for the mold to set up. She didn't come back a second sooner than that 5 mins. I just don't think it's good practice to leave someone sitting like that with no one around. I tried getting the attention of the girls in the front office but the music was up so loud they didn't hear me and I didn't want to be shouting. I was very disappointed in my treatment, to say the least. Nothing bad happened but what if someone started choking or something like that???
