Horrible service , terrible product. Partial keeps breaking. Was not informed about $180 charge to repair it. They say it's our of warranty but there have been multiple breaks. Was also told I had to be there to pick it up by 4pm because they close. I left work early only to find out it was not ready at the time I was told and that they were going to be there past 4. Office manager threatened to keep it and force me to leave. Worst experience possible. DO NOT patronize this business. I tried to contact corporate office , got in touch with Monroe location and was told rock hill has had numerous complaints. Take your business elsewhere, you will be happier I promise

Facility is old and run down. Chairs are ripped to shreds. Large trash can in the staff reception area was overflowing onto the floor. Printer didn’t work to allow for a receipt of payment and staff said it hadn’t worked in some time. No one was present in reception area when I arrived. After about 15 minutes someone came out and asked if I was waiting for someone. When they sent me out to pay before the procedure there was no one there to give the payment to. One girl was there playing on her phone, but she ignored me. Staff that did the X-ray was nice but called me baby doll nonstop even when I asked her not to. I’m 70 years old and definitely NOT her baby doll. The dentist was super nice and helped make up for a little of the other horrible experiences.

I was gone rate 0 but It wouldn't let me. My first visit was trash. I made a appt and got there and they claim I wasn't in the computer. Next day I call up there for my x-rays and all of a sudden they don't see them in the computer.They slow and they communication sucks and thats just my honest opinion. Nobody answers the phone either. Yeah y'all real professional 🤣👎🏽 Next Closed Sign y'all put on the door make sure it say "For Good" at the end because the service trash. Too much laughing and joking behind the computers

The staff and dentist in Rockhill are awesome. I just received my Dentures today so I can't rate them yet but I will say this is the first pair I have worn and I had No Pain whatsoever... Can't wait until my 7 days are up, just a little adjusting for the perfect fit... Affordable Dentures #1 💯%.

My initial visit with these guys went well but althea i had to go back for my second appointment I tried to call to set up an appointment with multiple phone calls and text messages trying to reach them and got no response over the course of 3 weeks. I now live an hour away and had to drive all the way there to reach someone for my follow up appointment and not one person there could ever tell me why they don't answer the phone or follow up with voice or text messages. Honestly I would not recommend these services.
