After multiple confirmation calls and asked questions before going to them. In our face we were told the insurance was not accepted. I was at loss why it was never mentioned the 7 appointment confirmation calls prior to our arrival. Then, No operational machine to prepare dentures. No dentist for extractions. Receptionist was arguing with a frustrated patient. Just being honest. But I would suggest you rate it. Maybe better experience for you. 馃檪Otherwise, was great!

Great experience overall. It would have been nice to have some details about my second visit, but I was spoken to as if I was fully aware of what to expect that day concerning impressions and extractions. I was winging it throughout the day. I was just given a paper about aftercare for the extractions that assumes I received dentures on that visit. Some verbal directions would have been nice as well as a short discussion about the prescriptions, namely what the drugs were, how to take them, and what they were for.
I would have asked questions, if I knew all that I didn't know.

I went to affordable dentures to have some work done on my top denture. We ran into a little problem. The staff went above and beyond for me. They made sure I was happy with my denture. I left a very thankful person. They did such a good job. They were so patient with me. Thank you. Highly recommend them.

Went back several times for my temporary unit adjustments. When I went back for my final unit, a technician handed me the new unit. No Dr. No fittings, just come back if it doesn't fit. They had to have used my orginal impression to make my final unit, which was made a year ago. It never fit, and I never went back. It's approx 3 hours round trip, and almost $10 in tolls. I couldn't open my mouth without them falling out. Extremely disappointed...

Service was quick and friendly. Did ask numerous times when making appointment if I would be able to get dentures same day, was told up to dentist. Did find out after I arrived that couldn't get same day anymore. Could have been told when appointment was made cause they knew already that couldn't
