Always greeted by the greatest group of people. Dr. Crew is very fortunate to have the wonderful employees he has. The girls are efficient and do so many things in helping with the adjustments a person may need. All are very knowledgeable. The work Dr Crew does on the dentures is great, as they all try to get the dentures to fit and feel like they should.

I have had a great experience with affordable dentures. All the staff from the front desk to the dentist were absolutely amazing. Everything was explained to me from the start. I was so afraid 馃槰 they made me feel very comfortable. I now have my temporary top dentures and should receive my permanent ones in July our August. They look so good. I recommend if your looking for a great place for your dentures chose Affordable Dentures. Excellent care!!

My lower partial broke, I got a 9am appointment, the Dr. doesn't show up untill 10, then I'm told they can't fix it, I have to buy a new one for $1000, I don't have $1000! I checked into financing, yeah, I can't afford that either, so I guess I'll live without part of my bottom teeth and go back to eating softer foods. I'll look into it when I'm rich! But the nurse and receptionist were real nice!

Excellent care. Knowledgeable staff, especially Dr Crew. I feel that the advice and treatments that I have received at Affordable are spot on. And I left with a manageable and well defined plan. I highly recommend Sioux City Affordable Dentures And Implants and Dr Crew.

Sorry this is long but this is my experience. Let's start with my mom's experience in Sioux City a bit over a year ago. She had an appt that I had to drive her to, we live an hour away, we got there I got her wheelchair and her unloaded in the cold only to get up to the door and have it be locked. Tried to call a few times no one picked up. She got ahold of someone finally a week later to find out the Dr had called out and they forgot to call her to let her know. We decided to just make her an appt in Sioux Falls which is about an hour and a half away a little further but no big deal. They got her in super quick and was a great experience. Now for me I decided to use them for my 1st denture experience and the Sioux Falls SD office was great. Everyone was kind and caring and made me feel at ease with everything. Super clear instructions and after having 8 top teeth pulled i left with my temporary set that day. Went back for my next 2 appointments and each of those were fantastic as well. Then I got the letter saying they were closing that office and moving my treatment to Sioux City. Wasn't happy but fine as I need top teeth and hadn't been able to wear my temp set since they didn't fit right for months now. 1st appointment got canceled as I was in the middle of my drive down there, again at least an hour to get there, because some machine went down. Things happen I get it. But i also work in banking and have to take time off work and move hours around with my manager plus ive missed out on my kids activities since i dont have top teeth and got tired of the funny looks. Finally get my appt to have soft liner put in temps and not only did they not sit right, looked like my top lip was protruding, I was told my temps are just for looks and not meant to eat with. Next appt scheduled to get mold for final teeth and they called me the day before and canceled again saying because they absorbed so many patients from Sioux Falls they overbooked. Now I got upset as this is not my problem and you knew you were overbooked before then. When they rescheduled me one appt for molds and then told me I would have to come back once more to make sure they fit and another appt to pick them up which was not told to me before I was told previously would get them the same day. They called the lab and were told they would make it work in 1 day and I would just have to hang out in town for a few hours while they were finished. Today was that appt. Well it was supposed to be anyway. I got a call as I was again driving and about 20 mins away saying the Dr called out and they have to reschedule me again. Did I go off yes. I also apologized to the receptionist as I do understand this is not her fault but the office as a whole. Told them I would call when I got home to schedule as I need to look at other things I have going on and I was driving. Now I have tried to call them 7 times today and no one picks up. Mind you this time my husband and I both had to adjust our schedules so he could be there to make sure someone else could see if they looked good as well. So now a process that was to take 6 months we are now on month 8 and will be at least 9 months. Ive lost 60 lbs during this because I cant eat hardly without it hurting my top gums after so many bites and as I live in a smaller town I get the judgemental looks like im on drugs since no teeth and big weight loss. I will update if I actually get in and get teeth.
