Lies and deceit and too many people contradicting you. Get a service done and even prepay in full. Then come back after having teeth pulled to say ohhh you owe 2-3k more like what excuse me ya the previous person rang it up wrong you even though your getting a full set you only had 8 teeth pulled but they were all on bottom so you have to pay full price for top even though we originally told you xx and you have the receipt. Come in we can talk about it. Ohhh no I’m not paying that well now you’ll also need another surgery that’s 4k but we’ll give you a discount and we’ll only charge you 400.. ummmm no. No just refund my money I’ll go some where else no you won’t… umm yes I will.. I want a refund well then there a restocking fee of 500… ummmm no well discount it for you to 300 no you won’t I’m not paying that restocking for services I haven’t even got, I was never even fit for my dentures yet. So there was nothing even started in manufacturing there is nothing to restock. The owner was just like fine refund her the money after making me drive back and forth from Brookings 3 times to ‘talk’. And was nasty and said don’t worry you’ll be back.. over my dead body I won’t let you anywhere near my teeth. Now almost 2 years later they send me a bill for almost 2k and won’t return my calls. I never even seen them. Scam.

I started my journey one year and half ago. It started with Dr T, Tess and MJ...LOVED THEM....They all left and within 3 months I believe I had 3 different drs. new office/staff each visit...it got very dirty as far as I believe a dental office should be. I was so AMAZED at all the GREAT CHANGES. Staff friendly and knew what they were doing, CLEAN and just organized. Only reason I did not give the 5 stars is....in the paperwork I did with a few others we were told 3 relines with our dentures. NOW, they said it had to be within a certain time period. This confirms we were not wrong in what we read and signed. I still believe we/I should have gotten a discount. I got my reline and was very pleased with how the fitting went and experience. Only negative with a reline is the taste...could you ask the company who makes to give it a better taste, mint/spearment. It is very over powering and I had forgotten how horrible it was. I recommend Sioux Falls AD to anyone who needs their SMILE back.You got it back running like it was when I first walked in the door.

This team is amazing! They made me feel comfortable when it 1st started when I was insecure and nervous. The girls are kind, friendly and welcoming. I wasnt the happiest with my 1st set of temporary dentures, but I didnt have the pleasure of having the dentist there now because she was gone on training, but when I came back they addressed the problems with that set. Then when I went back for my permanent set they did set after set until I was happy with the wax try in. Before I NEVER smiled with my teeth showing and didnt like talking because you could see how bad they were now I can't help but smile!!! Thank you all for giving me the confidence I needed and have been missing my whole life!!!!

The staff here are amazing!! Jordan is awesome at trying to fit patients in around their schedules to get their smiles ready in a timely matter. Donna was awesome through the whole experience, I have a terrible gag reflux and she made sure I was as comfortable as I could be. The Dr. also was awesome working around my reflux as well, I know it made their jobs a hell of a lot harder than it needed to be or would be in a regular situation. I’m absolutely in love with my teeth and so thankful for the experience.

Do not go here. They will rush you thru the entire process. They will gaslight you when you're trying to explain to them what is wrong. And they also lie. They told me multiple times that I could go in as often as I needed to make sure my dentures were perfect. I went in twice and they gave me attitude multiple times for wanting to take my time on the adjustments and still attempted to rush me thru the process, while gaslighting me about what I told them was still wrong. They then took another impression with my wax try in's and then they told me to sign for the permanents. I told them I wasnt going to sign anything until I knew those wax try in's were perfect for me for speaking, chewing and appearance. They then rudely proceeded to tell me that they were not going to allow me to come back again to do more adjustments. That they felt it was just fine and I was being too particular. And then kicked me out of the office.
DO NOT GO HERE. I will be filing a formal complaint at the BBB and already began to process a refund. These people do not care about you. Save yourself money and stress and find someone or some place that cares about their patients and the work they do.
