At first very pleased. But don’t be late for appointment. I was late after working 83 hour week. I got time mixed up. It was a bad week after picking bone pieces outta my mouth and working 14 hour days most shifts as I was pulling chunks of bone out. So I was supposed to get adjusted today and now they say wait till Friday that’s fine. But what about this pain that’s so bad my left side of my face is hurting so bad. I do have a friend that has appointment coming up. I’m going to tell him to go elsewhere! I just don’t think you should have to pick out bone and then made to wait. Even after being hour oversight. One reason I’ll probably overlooked an appointment was working 14 hours in excruciating pain picking bone out of my mouth. I haven’t been able to wear my temporary dentures in four days because of this. Very very embarrassing.Looks like they would have see me for the problems of pain and pain I’m pulling out myself. Like I said, everything was fine and it’s been going good. But I don’t know how aftercare is gonna be because today the pain is so bad. I cannot stand it and no relief for help so. That’s the bad thing about having to pay for something upfront you give that much money in cash and need help but can’t get it. So use your own judgment I will post a picture of the bones that are pouring out of my mouth. I have one picture because I’ve been working so much. I’m having to put them in the trashcan

I had a consultation set for 6/16/26. I went in everything was going ok.now understand I had had several conversations with the office manager Lisa. She went over everything and how it would go. That’s not at all how it went. All of a sudden some manager Dianne came in and started pressuring me. I thought I was just there for a consultation. She started asked me how I was paying for it all I had an available credit with Care Credit and 500.00 from my insurance. She said the would wave the other 440.00. The total was $6940.00. Next thing I’m getting impressions. I was about to walk out. Everything Lisa the manager had told me according to this Dianne was all wrong. How things would be paid and the interest free terms. I was very unhappy. So things went in. Next thing she charges me $6500.00. Nothing on writing about the 440.00 off or anything say paid in full. My appointment th get the work done is 7/28/26. That means I’ll be making my first payment for 350.00 basically a month before any work is done. That Manager Dianne should not be in the position she’s in. If for a minute I thought she was going to be the office manager I would never return there. Also today I had a fitting appointment and find out the office manager I’ve delt with has been demoted. That’s terrible. She was very good at her job and spent as much time with me over several phone conversations to make sure I was clear and comfortable with the entire process. I’m very unhappy about that appointment on June 16. They also have my 6500 or I probably wouldn’t go back. I also just wanna add. I was back there today again July 1, 2026 and also yesterday June 30, 2026 and I had to say it’s a horrible thing that one person has ruined my experience because I really noticed between yesterday and today, the staff that has taken care of me, our phenomenal ladies they’re all very nice. They’re very pleasant. They have helped me through a tough time because I don’t do well with impressions and I really want to add that it’s a shame that one person can ruin how someone can feel about a business.

Very disappointed. Had to go to another dentist to have my teeth extracted since I am allergic to Novocaine. I had an appointment to pick up my temporary right after my extraction. This was all coordinated ahead of time. I got there and the dentist was out that day, so the receptionist handed me my temporary, which didn't fit at all. I scheduled an appointment to be seen a few days later for my initial fitting. I sat in the chair for hours and was ignored, sadly I had to keep saying something till I was finally looked at. During my initial consult/purchase I was never told about realignments. I was also told I would be getting 2 upper dentures. A temporary and permanent in a year. I few weeks later I did go back to complain about the fit and how the denture was made. I had requested a remake due to a wrong tooth where a molar should be, the teeth being to small compared to my natural teeth. Also when I bite my bottom teeth hit the pallet. I was told all that would be corrected and fixed with my permanent remake. At this appointment they even asked what color I wanted the teeth to be, for I had NO input regarding my temporary. They also did a soft reline with that visit, which only lasted a short while. I still wasn't told I could go in for relines as needed. Me being auto-immune it took a LONG time for my gums to heal, especially the deep hole the dentist drilled out when removing my teeth. During my year healing I found the wonderful product cushion grip, which enabled me to get the denture to fit. Life happened w/ medical issues I was dealing with, etc. during that year. I also received notice from the office that the ownership had changed. It ended up being a little over a year and I called to schedule for my permanent upper to be made. AD&I are now trying to tell me my original purchase did not include 2 dentures. They were supposed check on it and get back to me. Haven't heard anything since. Guess I'll have to go in and fight for what I was told I was getting. I paid $800 upfront for an upper denture and all I ever got was my temporary that has never fit right from day one.

This staff is angels in scrubs. Seriously, THE BEST care! Everyone is super friendly, professional, and punctual! I have needed a tooth extracted for weeks and they were able to xray and extract same day and for a fraction of the cost of the 26 other dental offices I called this week! I will be a returning client and happy to refer people here! Thank you ladies!!! You’re all wonderful! 🫶🏼
