They are not friendly nor understanding. They like to not put notes in your account so they can say they never had that conversation with you. What a shame Dr. Bagwell retired. He will be missed. None of my records from Dr. Bagwell can be located. The credit that I had on my account was therebwhen I went in and the young lady stated that they will send it to the corp office and I should have my refund within 10 business days. When I went went for my visit it was really funny how there were NO NOTES ON MY FILE regarding a creditband there are no notes stating that I paid for a full set. I only received the top. My house but down was homeless for several years plus have major medical issues. I was advised that I needed a double lung transplant and I was in close contact with Dr. Bagwell regarding everything I was going through. This was one of the HUGH reasons that it took forever to get all of my dental work completed and he was so very understanding of my situation however again I was advised there were NO NOTES PUT IN MY FILE. I REALLY HAVE A HARD TIME BELIEVING IT.

Over 25 years I have received three sets of dentures from affordable dentures without a doubt they are the most cost effective dentures out there times have changed and it does take a little longer to get them now but the quality of the people is the same I am picking up my set on Tuesday but on the experience alone I would have to give them a five out of five stars

Please ask all the questions. I went here a few years ago owners management has changed, they've only been here 3 months.I am not getting what I thought I was paying for. Process takes way longer than necessary. Reception is curt. day 27 they give me refund less xrays and consult which neither was beneficial to me. I want it in full. oh and managing dentist is on vacation for 1 month. A JOKE! after I was told it takes 2 weeks. Nothing about them is same day either. customer relations the same. it starts at the top. Franchised! lol

I am very satisfied with this place, especially Dr. David and his assistant. They were very friendly, and he extracted my tooth and I didn't feel anything. He had a light touch and he is very kind.

Horrible crooks! Did a terrible job and advertised a money back guarantee but buyer beware because the dentures don’t come close to fitting they cause pain in the mouth and they don’t honor the cover back guarantee they offered even though it was less than a month when I asked for it and it’s supposed to be a 100 day guarantee.
I lost all that money and still had to pay someone else to make the denture correctly so I could even eat. Stay away from this business. They are dishonest and untrustworthy!
