Great choice. I was referred by a friend who was a very satisfied customer. I have alot of anxiety, but the staff were so caring and helped make the process easier for me every step of the way. All staff, from the front desk to the doctor are so nice and go the extra mile to make you feel comfortable, and ready answer any questions you may have along the way. And from someone with major anxiety, this means ALOT. They are very knowledgeable, professional, attentive, and efficient. I am so happy with the experience that I have had, and definitely will recommend to others...and have already shared my story with several people so far...who say they will be making appointments. And for anyone who struggles with anxiety, I promise you this is the place for you. You will be taken very well care of. Thank you to everyone at AD!!! You are amazing!!! And I am so thankful I found you!!!

Came in to get my permanent uppers. They had scheduled me for 10:30. When I got to a room, there was obviously a mix up. They had scheduled this as my 6 month visit for a soft liner. After some "discussion" she realized this was my 1 year post surgery date. I was told they could only do hard liner, permanent, with an appointment a 7:00 am. Then I'm told the first appiontment available at that time is over 2 months away. This is their error not mine, I shouldn't have to wait so long to gey this finished. It's compounded by the fact my temporary plate doesn't seat right and won't stay in place when I try to chew. Yes, they tried to fix it but it didn't help.

The staff are fantastic through the whole experience and really made my husband feel at ease when going through the whole process worked with him finding the right fit that was comfortable to him. All in all it was a great experience! Would highly recommend!
